    I ordered this product on the 13th March and was told it would take 4 weeks to arrive, after 5 to 6 weeks still hadnt arrived so sent email and was told it was on it's way. Finally after emailing again it arrived on the 30th April.

    I had difficulties with updating my delivery address after a purchase on a Friday night. After having a panic! I emailed Customer Service and they contacted me first thing Monday morning and assisted me with the issue. So I was very grateful!

    Have bought some vouchers hat were not to be claimed due to inability to reach suppliers website. No refund from Ouffer but just credits offers. No interest in credits due to hubby's upcoming serious disease. No empathy by Ouffer as 'a deal is a deal'. Now: trying to claim the credits. No way i can access info on my own credits. I am not suprised: sales is the focus, not the consumer!

    Have used Ouffer several times and 99% satisfied plus!. Only one let down, which was not Ouffer's fault. I made an appointment with one business for the following week and received email confirmation. On the day, I found they had moved to a different location! Never contacted me. Contacted Ouffer ( spoke with Pooja ) and all my money was refunded almost straight away. No stress, you will be in good, honest and safe hands.

    Have been using Ouffer for about 4 or 5 years. Most of the purchases are great. When a few exceptional bad ones happen, good service (by Pooja) comes in. I requested credit given for the restaurant where booking is difficult, they sorted out the issue within 2 hours. I am very impressed.

    Unfortunately, vouchers I had purchased were not able to be redeemed due to closure of a business. Ouffer staff were excellent- (Pooja and Noam). Within 24 hours I had a reply to my enquiry, and within 48 hours a full refund was organized by the Customer Support Team. I could not have had better service.

    I recently had an issue with a product size and despite the best efforts of customer support services it was unable to be resolved. A full refund was offered by the vendor. When the refund credit had still not been received after several months I contacted Ouffer support. The support officers were outstanding in following up and keeping me updated. Full credit has now been organised. Thank you

    Many thanks to Pooja for all his excellent help on securing me a credit on two of my purchases. Due to a 6 week hospital stay, I was unable to use two of my purchases and he promptly credited them with no fuss at all.
    I have always prefer d Ouffer over Deals as it is quick and easy to use and pay by Pay Pal and all the restaurants and cafes we have used have been great, some exceptional. Often with Deals I get caught at the end and won't let me pay by Pay Pal, keeps asking for my credit card details and makes me cross and usually just abort the transaction.

    Why do ouffer take a 20% of the cost of the voucher as an 'administration' fee? If it was a fixed amount I could maybe understand but a % of the voucher is just a rip off

    I have just received delivery of a pair of male Rowley Ugg boots size 11
    They are a size too small.
    I take 11 in the u.K., Europe and Australia so I am definately a size 11.
    The boots although stamped size 11 must be a woman's size or are incorrectly sized.
