    I have had great support and service from Offer. It's not about the deals but more that the follow up and back up support is beyond expectations. Gilad and others that have assisted me are true to their job title as Customer Support Officer...they have given me customer service and support each and every time.

    Fantastic. When I order some wines I did not check the delivery date. I got a my order details and saw delivery date is between 5 or 10 business days. Oh my God. Our xmas dinner party was just 4 days later. I sent a message to Ouffer then they delivered my order one day before xmas dinner. Brilliant.

    Bought Havaianas thongs which were on sale - a great buy. Had an issue at checkout and had some unintended purchases. Emailed Ouffer Support for assistance. They were prompt in responding (next day) and resolved my issue - I was credited back the unintended purchases to my Ouffer Account. This was reasonable and I was quite satisfied with the support service.

    Needless to say, I use Ouffer Vouchers because they represent great value. Their customer service however is the 'cherry on the top' - it is above all PROMPT, professional and directly addresses the issue/s raised in a very symathetic and thorough manner. No standard 'business speak' to wade through. I could not be happier with this company!

    Have no hesitation in buying deals at Ouffer. I am a regular at their online website.
    Any problems/issues are solved quickly and efficiently, if you follow their terms and conditions.
    Some of their deals were great and if not, it was either the merchant or retailer who offered the deals.

    Poor service, poor attitude, No goods delivered and asked me to cancel paypal dispute before they would investigate. Do not buy through ouffer!

    Bought 3 pairs of shoes of the same size- two pairs did not fit at all in all directions:( and I was advised that was no reason for refund.
    The third pair fitted sort of and I was happy to keep them.

    Dodgy scam

    Clinic seemed to 'disappear' off its website,couldn't reach anyone in phone at salon to make appointment.They responded via text booked appointment then cancelled it. Wouldn't respond after that promising to ring. Ouffer then offered a credit I want my money back!!!!

    I have been a customer for ages, most experiences are great, some not what was expected and some well, just below par. However the times I have had a complaint I must say that Ouffer has responded immediately (within 24 hours) and always offered to contact the supplier or refund by credit into my account something that I was not happy with. As not all purchases will be what is expected or what was promised, its important to know that the customer service team are customer-centric and make sure that they do everything they can to rectify or amend. My experience with this customer service has been exceptional. No question goes unanswered and always offer an alternative. Well done service team!

    I didn't get my order which cost $29.95. As I didn't call within a month, they can't track it and was offered a $10 ouffer credit. Won't be using this online shop again!

    What a pile of rubbish this company sent me. Delivery took approx 6 weeks . Cheap and horrible, not fit to be used as dusters.
    I would never use this company again and only wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

    Misleading dinner voucher - false advertising

    I'm disappointed as I was mislead when purchasing 4 dinner vouchers for cafe del mar. It clearly stated on the deal that they were valid Monday to Sunday. I purchased 4 on the basis that I could only go on a Sunday. I booked back in April to have my date secured and the business is no longer trading on a Sunday. Your company wants to give me a credit and I feel I have been falsely advised and don't want a credit therefor I would like a refund.

    I purchased 4 x harbour cruise tickets and had a glitch with the dates selected, Elle was able to cancel this for me and supply me with a credit within minutes so that I was able to re book without waiting and more importantly not miss out on the tickets selling out. Thank you Elle, your assistance today was greatly appreciated :)

    I purchased a hand car wash from Ouffer, though the company went bust before I was able to use the voucher. I contacted customer service for a refund on Saturday and received a response on Sunday. I was blown away by the fantastic customer service provided by Eli. He was very apologetic and provided the refund within 5 days. I was not expecting this level of service and was pleasantly surprised.

    I have bought many products online, but have never experienced such great customer service. In my experience I have to fight for a refund as they only offer credit. I have no hesitation in recommending Ouffer and would definitely buy again.

    Why do ouffer take a 20% of the cost of the voucher as an 'administration' fee? If it was a fixed amount I could maybe understand but a % of the voucher is just a rip off

    I have just received delivery of a pair of male Rowley Ugg boots size 11
    They are a size too small.
    I take 11 in the u.K., Europe and Australia so I am definately a size 11.
