I bought 5 X $99 6 hour fishing charter voucher. After I bought these vouchers I found it very difficult to book with the company. I am now running out of time and gratefully the company has extended my vouchers. Please read the reviews before you consider being robbed by these charlatans. I am amazed that a company like this is allowed to rip Australians off the way they do. For anyone havine issues no matter how small please lodge cases with PayPal, credit card companis, the ACCC or relevant State authorities. Keep all correspondence you have with this company (your correspondence as you won't have any from them other than "keep hanging on"). Operating as they do is illegal. If you get something that is not fit for purpose ( which can be defined as being unable to use a product after making all reasonable effort to do so) you are entitled to a refund. Ouffer is the merchant trader (they take your money) and no matter how many times they tell you to keep chasing the company whose vouchers you bought, remember they have your money and thus are responsible for the service they claim to provide. The fact that the whatever you have bought from them is not paid to the company by Ouffer until the voucher is redeemed means that under Australian trading law they are responsible. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEST THE IVES! !!!!!!!!!, read the reviews. IF YOU HAVE SPREAD THE WORD, put it on Facebook, talk to your local radio and tell everyone you know. So much for instant voucher. Pfft Bought and paid immediately for restaurant voucher to be used tonight. Yep you guessed it. No receipt and nothing showing in my ouffers. Sure you can email them but may not get a reply for 24 hours. Too late. Not even sure that the replies come from Australia as the time given from them is 6.33 am and it is pm here. NOT HAPPY.

I found out that this workshop was no longer available, fully booked means you should stop advertising if this is no longer available. I recently purchased a restaurant voucher and had problems booking the 'restaurant'. Firstly they did not answer their phone and secondly they would not accept voucher.
I tried to contact Ouffer for 2 weeks on their phone number of 8093 3888 which I had difficulty finding, but cannot get through. The recorded message says:

Items were not delivered.
Having ordered 2 photo keepers which never arrived, I found communication with these people shocking! When you phone, you are blocked from speaking to anyone, and told to email. When you email your details, there are only responses until you ask for your items, or a refund .. then SILENCE! I will never shop with them again!
Update; Customer Service has since contacted me, with advice to contact seller, as Vouchers had expired. Seller extended time, and order has been placed, so it seems perserverence pays!!

I purchased a back restraint which ripped when trying it on, I was so disappointed, I just wanted a full refund.
So I emailed Ouffer and explained my situation, they were very understanding and credit me my full refund.

Goods that don't turn up. Don't ever buy from them!
I ordered some perfume and it never arrived. Have emailed them four times now (twice on their website and twice on email) and they're not getting back to me. I will be taking this up with the bank to get my charges reversed as well as taking this to the fair trading act!
From what I've seen you shouldn't buy any goods from these guys. Completely unreliable and when contacted, completely unresponsive. No explanations or apologies offered. Waste of time and money!

Product not as advertised - "leather" handbag is plastic
I purchased a hand bag which was advertised as "genuine leather". The handbag, which is made in China, has arrived and it is clearly vinyl/PU. I have taken it to a leather retail chain (Siroccio) who confirmed this. I contacted the online retailer Ouffer straight away and asked for a refund as it was not genuine leather as advertised. I bought 2 vouchers $35.00 each through ouffer for car washes valued at $165.00 each . The car wash and service I received was dreadful. Extremely happy with services
I would recommend Milton Latin Beauty services to all my friends, very helpful staff and personalised treatments. They often get quite busy so don't be disappointed if you can get your phone call answered straight away, just try again later or leave a message. I had that experience a couple of times but did get through.

The business has closed down so I was unable to redeem my vouchers. I have emailed ouffer support and I'm still waiting for a reply. What a surprise! What a dodgy company, I wouldn't ever purchase another deal from them even if my life depended on it. They are the first dodgy experience I've had. I have had excellent dealings with our deal though, and they even have a help desk. Take a good look at the large number of customer complaints they far outweigh the positive. Someone should expose ouffer on a current affair to warn consumers, and also lodge complaints with consumer affairs.
Can't redeem vouchers
Company just wants your money, they done care about service
Bought a deal from the company (they have several different brands like "deals" ). The supplier went bankrupt and I was entitled to an automatic refund or so I thought. Instead the COO of the company offered me a 5% of the cost for the voucher as compensation instead. Completely disgusted, i asked for full amount to be returned and was basically told to take them to court if I wanted to get my money back.

I have had only good experiences when purchasing from Ouffer. Their deals are excellent. I only had one issue which was not Ouffers fault and they refunded me immediately. They always respond very quickly and they have an excellent support team. Their site is also user friendly. Best deal site in my opinion.

4 in 1 Summer Dress
I want to put in a good word for Ouffer because just after Christmas I bought their 4 in 1 summer dress for $19 as a birthday present for a family member interstate. Delivery time was 3-5 weeks due to being international post and I have been told that the product did arrive in time for the person's birthday, in fact it was early and the person loves the dress. So thanks heaps Ouffer!

I'd really tried to like Ouffer. Who would not want great discounts? However, after trying several deals - from restaurants to spas to car washes, I am dropping these guys as just too difficult to deal with. With the one exception of MuMu restaurant (which was wonderful), it's generally difficult to get bookings, or the vouchers cleared with staff who simply don't know what its all about. As a result, I've had several offers expire before I could use them. I've given up trying to get support from Ouffer: in short, it's very, very poor.

Extremely bad quality! Cheater!
I bought a set of water bottle and jug from this website and the product quality was so poor they cannot be used at all! The lid could not close the bottle properly and it is made of extremely cheap material. They charged me $59 for it and I honestly think it is worth less than $5! Extremely disappointing! I have removed myself from the website ever since!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend for $79.95 (with $10 shipping fee) and waited for more than a month but still haven't received it. Then I emailed to their customer service, they said it would take few more days and the item would come before 18th December.
