Ordered a Heated towel rack (White coated) via Ebay in August 2022.
It works well and was easy to install, plugging in to an existing socket.
Quite happy with the purchase, price and delivery timing.

Purchased a Room Divider (Screen Divider) via Ebay with no problems. The product was as described and arrived quite quickly given we are in a regional area. We are happy with the quality.

My computer desk arrived today but was missing main piece. In this current climate it's difficult to get groceries let alone deliveries. Good job my husband could fix it so I didn't have to wait another 2 weeks to use the desk. Not happy Jan

bought a sofa on ebay, initial shipping was fast but both armrests are missing. waited for over one week and they are quite difficult to communicate and eventually found out the pieces were hidden inside the sofa. called supplier but didn't seem to know their products well either. Sofa was quite cheap compared to other retailers, quality is ok, but not as good as expected or shown in the picture.

Great service when things go wrong. Returned our questions within the hour and fixed the problem beyond our expectations. They new their product and had specs on hand to help with the order, not sure how they do that with 1000's of products but they did. Great service.

Horrible seller! Advertised a PVC pool cover, sent me a sheet of bubble wrap! Ignored all emails so I escalated to PayPal. PayPal demanded the seller issue me a refund for a falsely advertised item and the seller won’t refund. Deceitful, fraudulent seller. Have never come across anyone so disgusting. BEWARE!

Absolutely terrible warranty service, don’t follow ACCC or consumer law, treats the customer like they’re an idiot.....steer clear of these ripoff merchants, would not buy off them ever again....buyer beware

The solar panels only put out half of their rated power. I bought the 300W panel and it only produces about 150W max. They are cheap, but i suppose you get what you pay for :(

I would like to express the exceptional experience i have had with Oz plaza living.i purchased a toilet from the company through ebay. When my plumber opened the box the lid was damaged and unable to be used. I contacted oz plaza living and within a couple of emails they recified the issue and are spending me out a replacement lid. I am so impressed with there dedication to helping me with the issue at hand. I would give them a 5 star rating in service plus the customer service representative i delt with was so polite and professional throughout the process.

I bought white artiss stools on ebay. Colour delivered was not bright white, as advertised, but cream. False advertising. So why should i be out of pocket for refund costs!?

I purchased a Gardeon Outdoor Furniture Wooden Swing Chair Garden Bench Canopy 3 Seater Lounge
which cost $379 from these guys. The wood is so soft that the seat of the swing broke as soon as it was sat on. The lacquer is very uneven and has already started to crack and the cushion is a different colour to the canopy. I cant see this thing lasting very long.

Bought some dumbbells from them. The quality is awful & the products diameter will only fit their plates, no a universal size. Customer service is even worse, with single sentence answers trying to get you to go away. Steer clear of these muppets!!!

Ordered 2 wardrobes on the ebay site of OzPlaza. Paid at time of order, waited 2 days and still no delivery. No customer service at all regarding the items not .

False and misleading description of products. You should be disgusted and ashamed with your conduct and how you advertise items and then try and force people to pay for return postage when they are not satisfied because the item is not what they believed they had purchased. Are you a fraudulent company/business?

Purchased an office chair which was missing all the screws to assemble it, back rest was damaged and there response was for me to go purchase the missing parts myself?

Ordered with a discount they forced me to agree cancellation to get a different discount after 2 weeks I got my money and there is no more discount on it

I have ordered a lift/massage chair from Ozplaza. On arrival, it is not a lift chair, and is totally unsuitable for an 83 year old.
Trying to get sense out of them is impossible.
I had ordered a chair the previous week, but thought I had made a mistake when it was not a lift chair. I see now that I was right the first time, so now I have 2 useless chairs!
My next move is to contact Consumer Protection, as I believe they are misrepresenting the items.
