Excellent customer service after issue with product
I purchased an item on Ebay that proved to be faulty (after several months).
These people responded promptly, sent a postage label so I could return it and issued a refund within a few days. I could not fault their response.

Cheap and good quality
Bought the Artiss shoe cabinet. Overall an ok product for the price. Arrived on time. Installation was bit of a challenge but got there in the end. So far used for the last 3 months and going well can accommodate 8 pairs of shoes but depends on your shoe size.
I haven't had to contact them so far so cannot comment on their service. Overall I think a good purchase for the pricing but they can improve the instructions manual for sure

Horrible customer service
Bought Artiss bed frame from OZplaza living and the delivery was delayed with poor communication given to me and generic answers given with no good attempt to give a resolution.

Not the best quality but Great value
Can compare with the 1000 dollar bar stool but with hundred dollars for 2 bar stool, it’s great value indeed. Freedom sold at $200 for one similar quality.

Great Beer Fridge!
The fridge is brilliant! Keeps my beers super cold and it looks great too. Would recommend to anyone looking at buying as a spare\beer fridge. We use it in our outdoor kitchen and its fantastic.

Do not deal with these crooks! The morning after placing my order I received a tracking advice saying the parcel had been dispatched. 3 days later a delay in delivery advice. 2 day after the scheduled delivery date at 10 am another delay in delivery advice. At 2pm on the same day advised that the parcel had been returned as unclaimed. I should check the address (was valid) and if correct I could pay a secondary delivery fee or receive a refund minus the cancellation fee. I phoned them on 0393760841 which was answered with the message "you are n...

Horrible seller! Buyer beware!!! I've placed my order and paid at the same time but my order has never arrived and the seller did not contact me whatsoever to explain the reason. I sent a few emails a week after to request the seller to confirm the date for dispatch but had no response from the seller whatsoever! I then call OZPLAZA on 93760841 to follow up but they said they are only the 'supplier', not the seller and asked me to contact eBay directly!! Horrible experience!!! Please stay away from this seller!!!

Recliner not square
This company after many texts and close up pictures couldn’t disagree,and I was refunded 180 Dollars. The leather was starting to rip, and the chair is not square. Not overly comfortable and doesn’t really look like the picture..I was allowed to keep the chair and have since stapled the leather in position so it doesn’t further rip..Terribly disappointed.I’ve since found out what they say as pu leather is not leather but a cheap material that is the fibres when producing real leather..Just a terrible material

I have just received an eBay purchase for a Giselle Mattress Topper to replace one I damaged through my own fault. I ordered exactly the same product as it appeared on Ozplaza Living eBay site. The one I received today is not the same as I ordered. It doesn't have all over box stitching, has incomplete stitching, is 50%bamboo filling /50%polyester unlike the ebay description which is 100%bamboo filling. The cover is not cotton soft like my previous one but more like polyester which makes me sweat. It is an inferior product that I ended up payin...

Be careful, they will not refund on defective items!
Scam of a business will use the courier's inability to avoid refunding on items which are defective, you have been warned!
office chairs fell apart
I bought the artiss 8 point massage office chair heated reclining gaming chair. It was the worst product I have bought. The massage function doesn't work because oz plaza living didn't supply the adapter and the chair squeaks alot every time. eBay hasn't been helpful and are too slow in reply and the oz plaza doesn't understand English, keep giving me the runaround and don't care because they have already taken the money. Don't buy this chair.

Disgusted in this companies after sales customer service.. purchased items of eBay that state 12 months warranty.
Asked to send item back as not charging, they ask for videos etc.. never dealt with such bad service.. buyer beware

Absolute disgusting service
I ordered 2 foldout beds from this place. Due to COVID I expected to have to wait for delivery. I went into my emails to see if I had missed a tracking notice and found an email in the junk folder from this company stating if I didn’t respond within 3 days my order would be cancelled. That was early April. I have paid for the items in full so I tried to phone them.
I got a message saying I was next in line and wait time was 1 minute, next message wait time was 2 minutes and so on until the message said wait time was 8 minutes!!!
I have always experienced wait time going down, not up!
Alarm bells are going off as I cannot contact this so called legitimate company.
Has anyone else had issues and been able to resolve them?

Purchased a lemon...22 inch giantz chainsaw. SHOULD have read reviews on the chainsaw/company. Problems starting the chainsaw. This mob demanded a video to show the problem, they would not accept what I was telling them. Used the chainsaw twice for approximately 10 minutes total. Wouldn't re-start until completely cooled down. Took a video, but it was longer than 25mb, so wouldn't send. Trimmed it, but showed nothing to indicate the problem. I then asked for a new one or my money back. Matter now with ebay. Customer service is out the door...
Read more with this mob, even down to their email address. They have put spaces between each letter (email), so you cannot cut and paste. I believe they make things harder for us older Australians who have limited computer skills. The company won't care about this review, but if I can spare other people from dealing with them, then it is worthwhile.- 3 reviews

Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased an Artiss bed and they send me a box with only the bedframe and not a single nail or bolt. Then they say to me I never ordered from them even though I have the receipt. Keep away from these thieves!!! Absolutely disgusting people that steal from you.

Complete disaster to deal with Ozplaza
I've purchased from Ozplaza few times in the past, I really haven't had have major issues with their products UNTIL NOW. I got a Cefito toilet bidet from them, it all worked just fine until the warranty expired. May be I was the unlucky customer but it seems the manufacturer makes the product to last only for the year that the warranty last. I got in touch with them nonetheless, as a person who works in Customer Service I know companies agree to support the customer when the product fails after the warranty coverage to some extend. The representative answer me quite promptly always polite I have to admit emphasizing how sorry they were for the fact that they couldn't help me, he was so apologetic 'for the inconvenience' like his sweet words were going to replace the fact that they don't care to support their product. In the end no assistance of course, my only aim is to write this product review so anyone reading it can be aware what to expect if they ever deal with Ozplaza. Faulty blanket replaced!
I purchased an electric heated throw rug a few months ago and it suddenly stopped working. Having read through the reviews I wasn’t expecting much however decided to email them to request a replacement. To my surprise they responded within a few hours and asked me to send a photo of the error being displayed - which I did and then a few hours later I got another email to state that they have posted me out a new blanket! I’m thrilled with the service and prompt responses
No spare parts available
The product itself is good, but I asked for 2 circular frame and two steel T pipe and they sent me 3 times the wrong parts. The first time was my fault to be honest. But after the third shipment they said, the spareparts I need are not available and they do not have an estimated restocking date. It took me about a month to get that informaiton.
