Just set up our new trampoline and our daughter, 10 yo, couldn't wait to get on it. She loves the pink colour and we love how stable and solid it is and how easy it was to put together. You also get heaps of spare parts. She hasn't been off it all day. The support and customer service during purchase and delivery was A1. Thanks heaps for making such a top notch product and making the whole process so easy.

Our trampoline is now 3 years old and has been thoroughly used and abused by 3 children, now aged 5, 7 and 10. It has sat in all weather, and shows no sign of wear and tear. Truly great value for money. I thought by now I may have had to replace the mat, but it's still in excellent condition! As are the side nets and spring covers. Really really impressed!

My theee children and all their friends have loved this trampoline for over 4 years now! It’s still going strong! Some fading to the actual trampoline surface but that’s to be expected after being used so much! We often have over 10 children on it! Hours of endless fun! Fantastic value and very worth the money!

Purchase of this trampoline was straight-forward, with good customer service and prompt delivery. Assembly was also straight-forward. We have had it for 6 mths now and it is used almost daily. Due to the quality adults and kids can enjoy it together. Only suggestion I have is that maybe the tie-style closure could be changed to a zip-up closure as on one occasion we had one child accidently bounced out. The ties are not easy for younger children to secure for themselves. However, overall we couldn't live without it and the purchasing experience was great!

Bought the 8x12ft oval, excellent quality trampoline. Purchased for 2, 7 & 14yo, older child is able to practise acrobatic skills on it safely because of the net and toddler doesn't fall off. Bought online Friday, arrived Monday, faster than an Express Post letter!! Excellent after sales service. Highly recommend the company.

We bought the trampoline for our three year old daughter. She loves it. We often find ourselves on it with her. The padded spring covers and safety net give us peace of mind. The service from Oz Trampolines was amazing. Ordered the trampoline and it was delivered two days later. It was supplied with a ladder and anchor kit. These were optional extras on other brands. Would recommend an Oz Trampoline to anybody.

I recently bought a 12ft trampoline for my daughter. service was excellent but when it came to the trampoline it was absolutely terrible. here are the problems
1.Two of the net clamps did not fit.
2. The ladder was terrible.
3. There were 2 T-piece screws missing
4. The paint on the mat was so bad, it was bleeding and splattered
5. the fibreglass poles won't stay in place
I do not recommend his product.

We bought our trampoline in 2013. Have just replaced net and padding. Great quality, fast delivery and user friendly website. We also have basketball hoop and our trampoline is used most days of the week by my teenage kids. This trampoline is very good quality and has lasted well in the outback sun.

We ordered online and had it delivered and we were so pleased at the speed it arrived in and it is a fabulous product, can't keep the kids off it, or the husband. Oz Trampolines are very correct with their sizing and are tremendous to order through on line. We have recommended them to all our family and friends and especially for replacement parts also.

Trampoline purchased 2 years ago and is excellent condition. The ladder broke, ent and email with a photo and two day later an new one was at our door. Our dog destroyed our net and I purchased a new one- went to put it on but I ordered the wrong one, again contacted the company and returned the net and received a replacement within the week.

Our trampoline has been well loved already and the net zip broke after only 18 months. The mat, pads and net itself are all still in great condition. The guys at OZ Trampolines were fantastic and arranged a replacement under warranty really easily. They have also re-designed their nets to get rid of the zip so there won't be similar problems in the future. Everyone I have dealt with at this company from purchase to after sales has been super polite and helpful. I highly recommend the people and their product.

We have 4 kids and bought our trampoline for Christmas in 2013. We also have TONS of kids who visit and use the trampoline a lot. We are not good at protecting it so just leave it out in the weather. Yet it is still going strong. The outside mat is finally starting to crack, the actual mat is starting to be less bouncy, but it is still fabulous and the kids still enjoy it daily. We are only buying a new one now to get an oval due to lack of space. Couldn't recommend this brand enough, we didn't bother looking at another brand when buying again as we know the Oz Trampolines brand lasts for years!

We bought our trampoline in 2015 for Christmas and it is still in excellent condition. Heaps of room for two kids to jump, and very sturdy. No discolouration or fading on the mat, net or protectors. I was worried that the novelty of a trampoline would be short lived, but it is still well-used two years later and has been a great investment. Oz trampolines are exceptional to deal with. Ordering was easy and efficient over the phone, delivery was super fast, and they even cheerfully and quickly replaced our zip almost two years after purchase! I would recommend Oz trampolines without hesitation. Excellent quality and exceptional service.

I purchased a 12ft Summit trampoline for the kids for Christmas. The website was very easy to use and delivery of the trampoline was very prompt, considering the delivery address was in a very rural location. Although the trampoline has not been used yet, as it is for Christmas, I have no doubt that the kids are going to love it! I also love the fact that you can get accessories for the trampolines which creates even more fun!
