Hey I’ve just managed to get a 12ft trampoline however the springs need replacing. What size springs would I be able to fit for 12ft. I’m looking to get a lot of bounce.

Hi Brad
to ensure they fit your trampoline measure the spring from tip to tip when the spring isn't under tension. tHis will give you a measurement in mm's
Then to get the best bounce upgrade to our European made springs
Thanks

Hi, I have a 16 year old son, weighs around 90kgs. He is a very strong boys, and loves all the flips and tricks. What would you recommend, and what is the delivery time to Brisbane Western suburbs? Thanks

OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi Delivery time is 2-3 days as all trampolines are in stock.
I would recommend either a 12ft, 14ft or 10a15ft depending on your yard size and also upgrade to the European springs for an even better bounce
Thanks
oz Trampolines

Can you put the trampoline on concrete?

OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Yes you can, we recommend rubber matting to protect the frame and absorb jumping impact: http://www.oztrampolines.com.au/category/90/Rubber-Matting
I have my trampoline on the grass as I preferred it that way.

Our tramp arrived with no holes for the t piece screws in the frame. It says in the instruction manual that there should be holes in the frame. There are holes in the legs, but not the frame. We have 16 t piece screws and only 8 holes. Is this a mistake? What should we do?
2 answers
Each piece of frame should have a square shaped hole at each end, so that when you connect with the t piece the screw can pass thru both pieces of frame. The leg then connects into cylindrical part of t piece and has a screw whole.
If your frame has no holes at all I'd be contacting oz trampolines - sounds like a fault ?

HI Im interested in a 12ft trampoline for my 3 year old and my err umm husband. My question is do you recommend your trampolines for adults to use ? I know my husband will be on it with our daughter a lot ! He is around the 100kg mark. Thank you, April.

We brought the 14 foot one rated to 200kg. My children are 11 &12 (so are considerably heavier than your 3 year old ) and I play on the trampoline with them. I don't think that this would be an issue with your husband playing on the trampoline as well. Just check the weight rating.
OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi, our 12ft Trampolines have a 200kg weight capacity.
Thanks,

Hi there,
My little one is 2 year and 2-month-old and is around 12.5kg. Will it be too early to buy her a trampoline? She really loves jumping! I am bit worried about if she can really bounce up on the mat at all given her current weight. Saw several reviews saying 'no bounce' for young kids.
Cheers,
Benny

OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi Benny,
Generally you do need a little weight to have an impact on bouncing. At that age group, they don’t bounce as such but they think they are so it comes down to preference. A small 6 ft trampoline is like training wheels on a bike – it gives them a feel for it and is useful up until the age of approx 6yo and they would require a larger one as they will become more adventurous.

Hi! I'm interested in getting a 12 or 14ft trampoline on lay by. I have 5 boys, aged 0-8, what would be best? Also curious if you have something to go around the bottom of them to prevent lil kids from going under the tramp and getting hurt? My kids would do it on our old tramp.
Thank you!

Hi, We've had multiple kids on the 14ft and there is enough room that they can stay out of each others way if need be. The trampoline also came with a net to go around the bottom. It's kept the dogs out from underneath. We haven't had kids try to get under yet
Hello
I would not get anything smaller than a 14 foot. 3 kids jump comfortably without getting in each other's way on my 12 foot trampoline.
I am not sure about what you mean about something to go underneath... The bottom of the trampoline has a net that goes right around it however my dog can get through it, as it is only tied where the bars are.

Hi how much are your replacement parts ie net, pads, indicidual net poles? Our ild trampoline was destroyed in a storm and it was too expensive to replace the parts, this time we would like to be able to replace parts as we need to with our new trampoline. Do you sell an anchor kit?
2 answers
You would need to contact the supplier for pricing.
OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi and thank you for your interest. Yes we have replacement parts available - all prices are listed individually on our website. Here is a link for you. If you need to order more than one item it is a great idea to call us as we may be able to bundle the items together and offer a small discount. http://www.oztrampolines.com.au/products-parts.asp

I have been looking at the reviews which are all current, how long have these trampolines been around? I am looking at buying one for a christmas present and have narrowed it down to Vuly and your trampolines. I am interested in knowing what problems if any have people had 5 years on>

No problems with our 10' round Oz Trampoline. Numbers on May are only stencil painted, but otherwise all components are of superior quality to cheaper products. Busy seemed to be only interested in their 'growth', whereas Oz Trampolines seem genuinely interested in customer service.
OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi Merri, I suppose we can only go on lack of repeat business form our customers, but the huge amount of word of mouth business referrals we get from our customers.
It is all about the quality product, the fact that we do stand behind our products and we are not a company that sell spas, bikes or any other products and just concentrate on selling the highest quality trampolines we can.
Hope this helps otherwise feel free to call us on 1300 393 004

Hi Oz Trampolines
wondering what size trampoline you suggest for a 11 yo girl?
Cheers Simone

OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi Simone and thanks for the question - there are a few things that need to be taken into consideration when you are trying to decide on the perfect size trampoline - how much space you have - we recommend .5m clearance around the trampoline. Also, does your child want to just jump, or will she be wanting to to do flips and tricks? You'd like to have a bigger surface area rather than smaller in that case, room for error! And how many children you have. The 12ft trampoline is a larger trampoline, and has a weight capacity of up to 180kg, and tends to be a very popular choice for children in your daughters age group, providing you have the space. If you are limited, the 10ft is great as a medium sized tramp, again with high weight capacity of up to 180 kg. If space and budget isn't a concern, the 14ft is huge and lots of fun! You are very welcome to call us and have a chat if you have more questions - 1300 393 004 - we are available until 8pm each evening.
Hi Simone. Go for what you can fit and afford. Ours is 12ft in our large yard and our 2 and 4yo play on it non stop as well as my nieces and nephews up to 16yo- sometimes all at once! My 6ft 4 husband gets on with them too..

Has anyone had a problem with fingers & other body parts getting caught in springs?
3 answers
OZ T.Oz Trampolines
Hi non that we are aware of, the pads sit flat on the springs so it would be very difficult to get under the pads and catch your finger on the springs. We have our nets on the outside as we can make a net that is stronger and last longer. I feel more people will catch fingers with the net on inside when standing around the trampoline. Hope this helps
Nope - I have a 2 & 4 year old, they are all over it, jumping..running - no problem.
Not at all. The covers work really effectively. My kids are aged 11,10 and 4 and we have has no issues at all.

Hi
I want to purchase a 12ft trampoline for my grandaughter, I would like a good brand which doesn't cost a forturne. Up to $350 would be great preferably with longer warrantry
1 answer
The quality of the OzTrampolines certainly won't disappoint - we bought our son one for his birthday earlier this year and he loves it - but I don't think you'll find a 12ft one for $350. But you get what you pay for. A cheaper one is not likely to last more than 12-18 months as they are not UV Stabilised and tend to fall apart out in the weather and replacement parts will cost more than a whole new trampoline, not to mention safety hazards if it's broken. We purchased an extended warranty for ours but thought later that if they offer one we probably wouldn't need it. A 12ft one will cost closer to $500. We found the staff at OzTrampolines were excellent and their installation instructions/YouTube videos were very helpful.
