We are in love with our 16ft Oz Trampolines trampoline. It was delivered within a few days, customer service has been great and we are thrilled with the quality of the product. We're glad we went for the largest size to accommodate our 3 children as they grow up, and friends and cousins that regularly visit. Very happy thus far!

Had the tramp now for a year. Very happy except the zipper is cheap and just fallen apart, big issue now that my son can climb up himself at 1 year old. Need zip to work. Otherwise great product and would recommend. withstood snow in winter and 40 degrees in summer.

Service and product were exceptional, we needed ours for Christmas and it was delivered easily in the time that was specified. No extra hidden costs, very helpful on the phone for those extra questions. Easy to assemble and the kids are loving it. We have recommended this site to others.

We ordered our trampoline online which was incredibly simple and the product was delivered promptly. When we checked the contents there were a couple of items missing but the customer service to rectify this issue was great. I received an email and follow up phone call to ensure these parts were delivered ASAP. Considering this was so close to Christmas we were very impressed and most importantly the kids absolutely love their new trampoline. They were in awe of the size and have not stopped using it everyday since Christmas. The instruction booklet was also very helpful so construction of the product was done with ease. We purchased a 16ft trampoline and set it up easily by two pretty handy guys in two hours. The instructions were clear and offered good advice. The tramp arrived within two weeks. Oz trampolines suggests that we check to make sure all parts were supplied, one small screw was missing and after contacting them it arrived a couple of days later. The trampoline is very sturdy and has become bouncier with use. Our kids loved the numbers printed on the mat. We are all very happy with our trampoline.

We purchased this for my daughters birthday and we have not been disappointed. Initially the size was a little confronting however the kids are outside more and the hours of fun they and their friends have more than makes up for it. Good quality. Even I can bounce on it.

We purchased this for our three children and it has been fabulous. Easy to put together and everything was well labelled. Extra games kit is also well used and loved by the kids. Overall couldn't of asked for a better product. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a trampoline.

Big enough for the kids to do flips safely. we didn't put the net on as we have older children. Not as much bounce as the smaller one. It does take at least 2 people to move for mowing purposes.

Our trampoline is now 2 years old and is still as good as it was when we first bought it. Our relations bought other cheaper models and they are ready to be replaced but our is still looking great! All of the cousins and friends have plenty of room to hop on together and have a great time.

Ordered on the internet and it arrived within two days. Have had 2 broken zips and a hole in the sides in 8 weeks. Replacement zip heads are included with the trampoline. Prompt response time to any questions asked. We also optioned for the basketball hoop, which seems a little unstable but the kids love it.

I put a lot of research in the purchase of our trampoline. I had specific instructions from a pink and gymnastics obsessed 11yr old daughter...it had to be pink!
Well i found a pink one and ordered it on a Sunday night. Was told to expect it in 10+ days. Well it arrived 2 days later...on the Tuesday!!
Yes the boxes are heavy but the set up was clear and simple (completly different from last one from different company).

We recently ordered the 16FT round trampoline with the lot. We’ve had a few tamps in our time, and the service prior to the product arrival was not only very welcomed and informative but unexpected, not very often you get this type of service these days. Also the delivery time was exceptional living in the Midwest of WA.

This is a great sized trampoline especially for price. We experianced problem free internet sale. The assembly was a breeze with easy to follow instructions. As I live in regional Tasmania we expect bulky mainland deliveries to more than two weeks but the trampoline was delivered in less than a week to my door. Bravo.

Customer service, timeframe, the build of the trampoline is great, it's just the bounce on a bigger trampoline is very slow and takes a lot more effort. The kids don't really won't to play on it. Bummed out by the bounce factor. Very hard to move around to mow the lawns, bends and twists.
