Purchased the 16ft trampoline for our kids for Christmas. It arrived promptly & well packaged. Great that the ladder comes standard. We found that the instructions on the website were better than the ones that came in the box! Kids and parents alike are very happy with our purchase! Would recommend to family & friends!

Emails prior to purchase were answered and informative.Delivery of the trampoline was as promised - very quick. The trampoline is great. Kids love the numbers. A recommendation would be two clips per pole. Clips attach pole to trampoline leg. It is not essential but I think it might prolong the life of the net system. i would use this company again.

We bought our 16 foot trampoline for our 5 kids at Christmas and by feb it had all ready been blown over by wind. We then went on holiday and returned to find it had been lifted up and dumped ontop of a tree by wind and I'm talking a massive tree to which it took 5 guys and a car to remove. It is now destroyed as it is bend in half and no longer safe for the kids to use. The trampolines should come with anchors that anchor into the ground or at least come with a warning that this is possible. This is not our first trampoline but it's the first one that we have ever had a problem with and now I have 5 extremely upset children and no spare $$$ to buy a new one.

Great trampoline and the kids love it. It was a christmas present and only took a couple of hours to set up. It is larger than what we thought and lots of kids can go on at once. I would have to say that it is a high quality trampoline.

Fantastic trampoline. The kids love it. It is large enough for a few of them to be on together. The nets make it safe and add to the fun when they turn it into a bouncing ball pit! Researched beforehand and Oz Trampolines got the best reviews. Delivery was speedy, setup was uncomplicated. Would highly recommend for any family.
Size is great for a few kids at once - and that is what the kids want, to be able to have fun with a friend.

Fabulous trampoline. Great quality & the size is perfect! We can fit our kids and their cousins on it at the same time. We talked to them on the phone before we purchased & their customer service was really helpful in tailoring the trampoline to what we wanted and providing the best price.

Before buying I read reviews and I was worried this trampoline was not going to have enough "bounce" as suggested by two other people. On the contrary it has plenty of bounce and I do not regret my decision.

We were really happy with the service on the phone and it came in a few days. Took about 3 hours to assemble and my husband found it wasn't difficult. The kids absolutely love it. The find out bouncy enough and being so big all our kids can jump on it as well as all the neighbours kids and we frequently have 6 kids all playing various games around it. We were having trouble getting the kids outside but now they're outside on it all the time. The quality seems good, and cant fault it although we've only had it for 6 months. Overall, very happy and would recommend.

We wanted the 14ft trampoline but there was no stock in time for Christmas, so we bought the 16 ft. The kids are disappointed that it is not as "bouncy" as they would like. They are comparing it to a Spring Free trampoline owned by their cousins. I believe the "bounciness" is affected by the size which makes me feel disappointed that we weren't able to get the 14 ft. We were tossing up between Oz Trampolines and Vuly who did have a 14ft in stock. Kind of wishing we went with them.

We've had the trampoline for 4 months, so still early days, but everything has been great so far. Delivery was as promised, everything there and all went together fine and seems well made. It's pretty big and the kids love it.
I would happily recommend these based on my experience so far.

We bought the pink 16ft trampoline and we all love it. There is room for everyone, and my daughters enjoy making games with the numbers on the mat. We originally planned to get the 12 ft with the tent, but were not organised enough leading up to Christmas so had to go for the larger size. The staff I spoke to were fantastic help and would have got us the 12ft if they could have- but we are glad they recommended the larger size because it is perfect for us!! Delivery was prompt and it was easy to put together. We have only had great experiences with the company and the trampoline itself.

So big it can be tricky to move

The tramoline came very quickly and met our expectation in every regard. It was exactly what we wanted. My children (aged between 11 and 13) managed to put it up themselves, with a little help from me to attach some of the springs. The children love it and it's been used constantly since it arrrived.

We all love this trampoline. Mum and Dad can join in the fun too. Its very high quality trampoline, the numbers/colours/shapes on the mat add extra fun and learning. Bought a pink one as we have two girls, the kids love it, spend a lot of time on this trampoline. Had some bad wind not long ago....it didn't move at all!

My children love the trampoline. It is awesome. It is my children's most used toy. It is the highest quality and durability. This trampoline is massive - so big my children rarely crash into each other. The trampoline is very safe. The safety net surrounding it is very sturdy. The ladder is great. Ordering was easy. Delivery was great. I am very happy with my trampoline from Oz Trampolines.

Very Happy with the trampoline, easier to put together and great customer service. The side mats are much more resilient than previous models. However, elastic straps that hold side mats underneath have already broken, meaning mats become loose. Also, basketball ring attachment is difficult to fit. I could only get one bolt on around the pole. Overall though, the kids love it and that is the main test!

Bigger the better which is great when lots of kids come around. We have had ours for 15 months now with no issues, no fading, no cracking of the padding, even the surrounding net isn’t sagging. Have to say this one is much better than our previous 14ft Action Tramp….
Easy to setup, particularly the net which can be a real pain.
