We enquired just before Xmas, response was quick and helpful. We went ahead hoping to have for Christmas and were shocked to receive on 4th working day. Not too many dramas with assembly and nothing missing from boxes. Kids and parents are all enjoying immensely. Time will tell how we'll the whole setup copes with weather etc...
Great package/value quality and service

We are very happy with our purchase. The company were great to deal with. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Delivery was speedy. It didnt take long to put together. The kids love it!!! And although we encourage only one child at a time, the 16ft tramp easily accomodates the 3 kids jumping on it ( x 2, 15 year olds and x 1, 12 year old) at the same time.

Good web site which is where I found the product. The video to show assembly was helpful. Delivery was very prompt. The tramp is sturdy and easy to assemble apart from putting on the springs (you really do have to do opposite springs as on the video or it doesn't work at all - still takes fair strength). Kids are very happy with a nice big tramp which is used daily.

Very strong frame, and hubby said it only took about half the time to set up than what the instructions said. Assemble it in the exact position you want it, because it takes about 4 adults to move it once assembled! Biggest problem is explaining to the kids how Santa fit it in his sled!

The transaction as a whole went very smoothly the customer service was excellent. It was very straight forward to put together. The ladder is a great idea and the size is big & great. The mat seems to be hard wearing, the only thing we could say is a concern would be the frame doesn't seem to be as strong & thick as our previous trampoline!

Steel framework smaller than previous trampoline

First checked online, but we didn't want the entire package as we are digging the trampoline into the ground, called company and was delighted with their customer service, low prices for what is a great quality product, delivery time was super fast, even within the week leading up to Christmas, delivery instructions easy enough for even the tiredest of Santas, and most importantly for us the super affordable extended warranty and even better after sales service, which after all, is what prompted us to write a review. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our trampoline and would recommend to everyone!
