Caused sleeplessness and high fever
I thought I was doing the right thing taking this every four to six hours as per directions. Wondered why I couldn't sleep and fever was rising to 38.7. Then realised it has that pseudo stuff in it yuck. Felt like I was off my trolley, Threw them in the bin and feel better now! Not for me. Pretty dodgy that I bought this at a supermarket.

about average
I bought a 10 pack of these when I was living in western Sydney from Coles supermarket in Westfield at north rocks when I caught the flu and they worked alright though I found that they are better than the cheaper flu mixtures and they don't hurt the stomache much / it totally recommend this product to anyone who caught the flu and needs to settle it down that has access to hot water from a kettle

So good for colds
After some personal research this seemed the most effective on the relief from colds and flu.
unlike most cold and flu medicines you do not get drowsy. the sachet is added to hot water. if taste is an issue add honey. it clears the head. helps with the sore throat.
just be aware the have the equivalent of two panadol you can't have one after the other.
It gets rid of the general feel like [censored word removed] feeling. clears the head.
It doesn't taste that great if its not at a certain temperature. if you don't like the taste add lemon.

It's best to make sure the water has finished bubbling as it is still boiling then pour it into the cup with the mixture already in there otherwise it will not melt properly
