Hi
when you finish adjusting date and time you will see OK on the right bottom of screen.if you can't see it well you may need to adjust LCD adjust
you will find that in the initial setting settings scroll down 8 clicks.

when ever you need to adjust something you will always use the OK which is directly under the OK on the screen the very first press button top right beside the center 4 way wheel.
hope this answers all your queries.

Bought the phone to use as our landline when the NBN was connected. There is a voicemail notification on the screen which appeared a week ago and I cannot clear it. We do not have voicemail connected. How can I clear this message?

You may already have an answer, but in case not - Check with your provider (e.g. Telstra) as my mother was switched to NBN and found that she had voicemail she didn't want (only knew because someone asked if she had received a message, which she hadn't). I called Telstra and they gave me a number for her to phone which disconnected it : #99# She said it worked and now receives all her messages on her home answering machine. This is Very annoying, being switched to voicemail this way. I have found that every time I change my phone plan I automatically get switched to voicemail which I don't want.
