Had them out to look at an insinkerator that wouldn’t start, ended up needing to put a new insinkerator in. The company was easy to deal with and the new one is working fine.

Job was to fix an tap down the side of the house that wouldn't turn off fully. The plumber came in the afternoon on the same day I called, and he was courteous and friendly. I was standing with him as he replaced the tap and he took the time to talk me through the steps to replace the tap so that I can do it myself in the future. Will use him again.

The Job was to remove a leaking food waste disposal unit and replace with a new one.
Because the plumbing work was minimal, the work for one plumber took less than 90 minutes, but the labour cost alone was $400. The plumber pretended not to know the price of the new unit which retails at less than $250. Total cost more than $639.
Cannot recommend because of the overpricing and plumber attitude.

I would not recommend these plumbers. I called to get a sewer line unblocked. The first plumber claimed to have fixed the problem only to have the problem reoccur a few days later. They sent another plumber who also could not fix the issue. They then sent a third plumber who quoted my $7000 to fix the issue!

Called a different plumber who resolved the issue in under 1 hour and provided video evidence of the fixed problem. Serves me right, should have engaged a qualified and reputable plumber from the start.

Avoid! You have been warned!

No major complaints. The plumber was friendly and seemed to know his stuff, although he did manage to leave one of his tools in the bathroom and arranging a time for him to come back and get was a little inconvenient.

The Plumber spent more time writing out the invoice splayed across the bathroom floor to write out an expensive invoice, than to do the job. Then he asked for a good review in order to get a bonus.
No chance !

The Pav guys disconnected and removed a hotwater tank from a difficult position. Two other plumbers turned the job down.

The Pav guys turned up on time, were friendly, and left my house clean and tidy.

The only surprise was the quoted price on the phone did not include GST.

Used them to install my dishwasher. I asked for a quote and was as advised roughly $400 on the phone ended up paying $750.00, which more than the cost of the dishwasher. They had 2 people working on the job which I wasn't aware of until they arrived, was only a 1 man job. The apprentice basically did nothing, The hose they used was way too long, had to wrap around 3 times so it would fit under the sink.
