Waiting 3 Weeks For A Refund For A Product That Doesn't Work
Upon the advice of Pestrol, we purchased a Possum Away Possum Repeller to get rid of rodents in an outdoor space. We were told you could adjust the frequency to use for rodents. The product did absolutely nothing. I returned it, as they offer a money back guarantee, but it seems it is very difficult to receive your refund. I have now been waiting 3 weeks from the date Pestrol received the item back, only to be told the accounts person is away and they don't know when she will be back, so can't process the refund. Very poor service, and very disappointing.

Is it possible to turn the strobe light function off? This seemed to deter the birds immediately but was very disruptive overnight because of the light so I had to turn it off

Read more Unfortunately, the Possum Away Repeller's strobe light cannot be turned on or off as it automatically turns on when it senses a movement.
