I’ve bought many products and not had a problem. This time, ordering online and payment was an issue. Very annoying. But not annoying enough to send me elsewhere as they have v competitive prices and a foot range.

Their service is quick and efficient. The products are good and competitively priced. Only two issues. 1. Discounts for regular deliveries are really a bit silly. You lose people who vary diets etc. 2. Plus defaulting to ongoing deliveries on checkout items is dodgy. You would get a 5 star rating from me if you offered discounts on all your products instead of deferring to just those people who feed their pets the same thing over and over again. Food for though!
