Hello,
What additional parts can be purchased for this air fryer? I was under the assumption Id be able to purchase the grill plate etc but your website only has additional parts for Viva and Avance. Dont even get a separator for this model

From what I remember it was for the bigger model. Check out TVSN website.

Hi there,
thanks for asking your question here. Unfortunately, the additional parts are indeed for the larger Airfryer models. We can imagine this isn't the answer you've hoped for and if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to give us a call at 1300 363 391.
Kind regards,
The Philips Australia Team
Hello, Thanks for the message Phillips, that is a bummer, however it might give me time to master some easier recipes in my current appliance and perhaps I'll keep the accessories and upgrade to a bigger air fryer later on :)
Thanks again

My reason for buying this product is mainly for chips my question is does it cook store bought chips and also homemade chips?
4 answers
Yes it does. I sometimes drizzle a little oil on the chips. Far better than deep frying.
Yes it does, I have cooked both sorts in it. Homemade I partly cook potatoes in microwave then cut up toss in a little olive oil and cook . Chips of both sorts come out a little drier than fried this can put people off. My hubby n I are happy with the way it cooks. I dont cook french fries in as i fine they come out hard, I have found the normal chip and wedge size cook nicely . You have to remember it is an air fryer the chip will be drier than chip cooked by oil . I hope is has answered your question.
Thank you

Well, we don't have to add much more than Bac and Mary already told you! But the Airfryer is quite the champ when it comes down to chips. Whether you use chips specifically meant for Airfryers or ovens, or your own hand-cut chips that you made at home.
We do hope you'll give the Airfryer a go. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us on 1300 363 391, or http://philips.com/support/, we'll be happy to help!
Kind regards,
