Viva Collection Air Fryer HD9225/50

Hello I have bought an accessory - baking dish. It says it is for the Viva collection although I mixed my numbers up and the accessary said it is for HD9925 not HS 9225 which is mine. Can I still use it?
2nd question - is there an accessory for the HD 9225 model which is a PHILIPS-HD9910/20 - an airfryer Grill Pan and will it fit my model? Nikki at [email protected]

Hey Sam,

Thanks for your questions. We'll be happy to help you out! The baking accessory should be compatible with your HD9225 Airfryer. So yes, you can still use it.

Two answer your second question, we indeed have an grill pan accessory (HD9910) for the Airfryer and that will definitely fit in your model! If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1300 363 391.

Kind regards,

Its been six months since we bought the Philips airfryer . It was working fine all this while. But a day back, suddenly it's fan stopped working though the timer clock was functioning fine. But the moment I turned it on again, the Fan's sound wasn't coming. What could be the reason?

Hey Team, I got my Phillip air fryer which I purchased in Singapore to US.
It used to work awesome in Singapore but have stooped working since I installed it in US.

What can I do for trouble shooting (the fan is not working)? My model is HD9230.

Hi there, thank you for your query. Your Philips Airfryer is designed to work on 230 V, which is different than the US version of 110V. The unit may fail to work outside of the country it was purchased in due to this difference in voltage. We do not recommend using it to prevent damage to the machine.

Since Singapore uses a higher voltage than the US I would assume that your Airfryer wouldn't work in the US if you bought it in Singapore. I know if you have a 110V appliance you can use a transformer to make it compatible in a higher-voltage country but not the other way round.

I was given my Viva AF as a present, received yesterday. Before I use I want to be able to work the machine. It came in a box which was sealed there was a recipe book and a warranty card, but NO instructions. There appears to be a release in the handle to seperate the inner mesh basket from the outer, however no matter how I press the button it does not release. Is there a trick or is the product faulty? Shuts press the button on the handle and lift the basket out.
Easy.

I know this might sound dumb, but have you peeled the red sticker off? I tried for ages before I realized that's meant to come off first. :)

Hey DebL, thank you for coming to us and how unfortunate that there were no instructions attached. Please find the user manual here: http://download.p4c.philips.com/files/h/hd9225_50/hd9225_50_dfu_eng.pdf.

Regarding your other query: we advise you to just press the release button on the basket and gently pull it up.

Kind regards,
The Philips Australia Team
