Delivery Excellent

published

We just had a 2 and 3 seater lounge delivered. As we had problems with our property, we had a window removed basically to get the old lounge out. Not only did they deliver the lounge on time, but also helped me move the old one out. That little bit of extra service was much appreciated. Thanks Rob.

Comfortable and Brilliant Value

published

We purchased the Dante and the Snuggle Chair as floor stock and got a really good price from Plush at Gepps Cross. Our Salespeople Carla and Jade were fantastic, friendly and patient with us while we made our decisions.

Our delivery Driver Rob, and his muscle bound assistant made getting everything inside easy and fuss free. Its refreshing to meet a delivery driver who introduces himself with a friendly handshake and smile on his dial. Definitely a first class experience.

Looks great but very uncomfortable.

published

Several months ago we bought a Dante loveseat, two seater. Sat on the leather one in the shop and it seemed okay. Ordered a fabric one and the rear cushion has a really hard seam going horizontally about one third the way up your back. This make the chair really annoying to sit in and I have to put a cushion at the back but this spoils the shape so it is then uncomfortable for a different reason. I am really really disappointed with this thing. Rate it 3/10. Utterly stupid design puts style before comfort. If I was able to sit in a cloth one in the showroom I would have never have bought it. I feel it was misrepresented to me by the leather one.
