First time I used them they had to come back 3 times as they use contractors they screw them for payments so the contractor has to screw us 12 months later next bloke he was brilliant but he had a fallout with them. Next time the guy was here for 10 minutes no change to the cockies so I called them back after 6 weeks was told to wait another 6 weeks, rang worst service my complaint was not forwarded and another argument everytime they call today was the last time I've told them to stop calling, they won't so from now on as there service is a ripoff I'll be rude. Do not use this company.

Terrible. They hassle you with phone calls and do a crap job at pest controls. When they called me for another booking I told them we still have ants after their last treatment and asked to claim under their "warranty". The call centre refused to process the warranty claim and said I would have to call head office for which they refused to give me their number. They then called a few months later and I told them the story and they refused to remove me off the call list and said I have to call head office. Scammers!

This year they charged a fair bit more and only did an 'inspection'. No spray at all - said to have it done in six months. No thank you!

These guys are terrible! Simple don't use them!
They annoy the hell out of you - I had about 5 missed calls and voice messages in one day.
There operators are rude.
The first operator did a half sass attempt of spraying I had to get someone back in as their spray had no effect.
Such a terrible place to deal with and they make out there product is the only water resistant one out there.

Worst thing I have ever done was use this pathetic company! The company is a bigger nuisance than we had with cockroaches and spiders. They will constantly call you wanting you to make another booking, we would receive anywhere from 3-10 phone calls each week. When I threatened to take legal action against them for harassment and made formal complaints to ACMA than the pathetic company got the hint, they do NOT understand what 'Don't call me again, please remove my name and phone number from your calling list' means. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy! The only hope is they close down forever very soon.

I used Promaster only to find that the Pest Control guy only did a lousy 10 minute spray of our rather large home. My house still has a number of German roaches, spiders and other critters that are just chilling out like the place was never sprayed. Utterly hopeless and wish that I saw all these negative reviews sooner.

We used them once and the "inspector" was beyond hopeless. Like so many others I have subsequently had to endure endless harassing phone calls. Don't use them. Let them go broke. Then they'll stop bothering us.

As with other reviewers, I am fed up with their constant phone calls. When I tell them to take my name off the list they talk over me. No matter what I do I still get these aggressive phone calls. Several years ago they were quite good, but no longer. Now they are a pest!

Avoid Promaster. I have used them for a number of years. They were ok oinitially but last year they didn't show for one appointment and then ran so late for follow up I told them not to show and kindly informed them I would go elsewhere in the future. Ever since they have been calling weekly on phone and mobile. This has been going on for 6 months. They were rude and aggressive when I requested they remove my details from their system. They have ignored my request and are continually call me from a 'no id' number. I am now at stage of calling Fair Trading to lodge formal complaint. Please avoid this desperate and unprofessional company!

We used "pro"master only once. They did such a terrible job they had to come back 3 more times.

They also call EVERY WEEK to harass my family. This is obviously an illegitimate company and I have referred them to the NSW Police.

Since I have used these people once, they have called me up on my mobile phone every week or so to tell me I haven't used their services. This is despite having asked them each time to take me off their contact list. They use the lame excuse that the are only in the sales team, and they can't do it. A bit like "the computer says no".

Don't use them unless you want to be 'bugged' with spam calls the rest of your life.

Used their service and no improvements to our insect problems whatsoever. Called them 3 times but the connection kept getting "lost" (they hang up on us) and they did not reply to our e-mails. Scam!
