Had a very positive experience with the customer service. My husband absolutely loved his Father’s Day gift! Had an initial sizing issue (was recommended smaller size by the site’s chat, which turned out to be too small) but all was resolved quickly and professionally.

While the face socks look great, I really was not impressed with the quality. They are made from cheap synthetic material and are not comfortable or warm at all. They will now go in the gimmick basket and won’t get worn, which is disappointing given they are not cheap for a pair of socks. The service from Pulse Socks was good but I wouldn’t recommend the face socks product because of this experience.

For such expensive socks, I expected them to be good quality. They looked fantastic at first and my husband was excited to try them on however when he did, they didn’t fit right. They had no heel and were right across the front despite getting the correct size. They were really thin and not comfortable at all. Would not buy again. The socks were guaranteed for Father’s Day delivery which is why I didn’t mind splurging on a pair of socks but they didn’t even arrive on time. On the plus side, customer service was great.

Love my customized PulseSocks. It was super easy to order them, the delivery was quick and the communication with Nathan was excellent. Highly recommend them for amazing and high quality products.
