Once I had decided what I wanted, they worked quickly to provide a range of diamonds to choose from. Through out the process the focus was on providing what I had relayed my fiancé wanted. There was no attempt to up sell and no hidden costs. Their advice was honest and genuine and made the whole experience so much easier. The ring itself is amazing and my fiancé is so happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend them enough and we will be back to get our wedding bands done too.

I first walked into the shop over 2 years ago with my partner and designed a ring together, a year later when I called back they still had the ring and measurements on file. I had Scott assess my rings from another jeweller after I lost a diamond due to a poor setting. He then suggested resetting the stones on my engagement ring and secured the diamond on my wedding band. It's like having a completely new engagement ring despite him making subtle changes to the setting. The stone sparkles like I've never seen it before and it exceeds any expectation I had, I can't stop looking at my hand. I honestly can't thank him and his staff enough, I am beyond thrilled.

Scott clearly takes pride in his workmanship and the time to explain various options and styles. The diamond ring has a contemporary design and exceeded our expectations.
