Generally happy but customer service hours are ridiculous
Generally I'm happy with this bank but last night I had a problem using my card and needed to contact the bank but they are closed Saturday night (which I get) and not open at all on Sunday. Very frustrating to not be able to contact anyone and get this sorted. I would have thought that in this day and age that most banks would be contactable 7 days a week (not necessarily 24 hours).

Exceptional customer service
Samantha made the whole refinancing a breeze, she was organised and fast to reply to questions we had. Would highly recommend Sam to anyone and we are appreciative of how easy she made the process thanks Sam

Excellent customer service
We have recently refinance our home loans from CBA to Qudos, rates are so much lower than the big banks. We went to see CBA and other banks and they said we couldn't afford it (trying to refinance the existing loans) but Qudos was able to help, it took us awhile but we eventually got there and we are very happy with their service, especially Craig, he looked after us from day 1 and have always been there and provided his best service until the end, we will not hesitate to recommend Qudos to our families and friends.

$90 for statements. WOW
I closed my account years ago but needed to get access to bank statements from 2009-2011. I could not access them online because the account was closed so I contacted qudos bank and was told the cost would be $90!! Suncorp charged me $0 for the last five years of statements.

Hope you have better luck than I've had!
Since May 31 I have been trying to open an online account with Qudos Bank. I have completed their entire application form numerous times always getting a message that I already have an application in their system or that I haven't selected a product for "onboarding"! After two phone calls and an email, I was advised that two previous applications for an account had been deleted from their system. This proved not to be the case when I attempted to apply again. How to really upset a customer
After 30 years with this bank I rang to reorder a new card and change my address as a card had gone to an old address. I spoke to a robot. She could not do 2 transactions at once only one(??WHAT??).
I was on blue tooth, hands free in the car. She wanted to know if I was driving (sorry?) She wanted to know if i had her on speaker (WHAT?).
