I recently organised a home loan with the Perth team and Lucie Skelton's customer service skills were exceptional. Her prompt follow up and willingness to assist in all aspects of the process made the whole experience stress free (almost :) ). Thanks Lucie and the Perth team. 1. I have been with this bank since I was a child (my father opened an account for me back when it was Qantas Staff Credit Union and you had to work in the airline industry)
2. I am now 30 - I am onto my 3rd flip property in 4 years in Brisbane and The Qudos Brisbane Branch has always accommodated my loan/mortgage requirements. One house I purchased I signed a 24hr unconditional contract and Shrisiti (bank manager) went above and beyond to get my finance approved in this time.
3. I just love that the team at Qudos know me by first name, I have the bank managers direct landline along with the lending specialists direct number, what bank would give you this? They get back to my emails within hours, call anytime I need clarification.

I managed to lock myself out of online banking and could not activate my new card online. I contacted the call centre and had the pleasure to speak to a lady called Li'er. She was very patient, professional and resolved the issue quickly as I would have been stuck without access to my funds until Monday. I was even more impressed that she waited for me to actually login before finishing the call to ensure everything was working. I have been a member for 12 years and have always found the staff to be helpful and caring.

I have been with Qudos (previously Qantas Staff Credit Union) for 30 years. They are all extremely helpful with all aspects of banking. Whether is is for regular banking, transferring funds, problems with ATM’s or over the counter. They are extremely well trained

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. It has never failed me in terms of banking services that I need. Bank's customer-service has always been great. I used to visit the Chermside branch for services and there it was also great service.That was before the branch moved to its new site in Ascot.

Nazneen & Shristi at the Qudos Ascot branch are very helpful and friendly. I have been a customer of Qudos/QSCU for decades and the one on one attention and service is still just as good as the 1990s! Something Qudos should be very proud of. And with staff like Nazneen & Shristi this customer service ethos I am sure will confine for a long time.

Generally I'm happy with this bank but last night I had a problem using my card and needed to contact the bank but they are closed Saturday night (which I get) and not open at all on Sunday. Very frustrating to not be able to contact anyone and get this sorted. I would have thought that in this day and age that most banks would be contactable 7 days a week (not necessarily 24 hours).

I have been a member for the last 25 years and continue, my experience with QUODOS always excellent today I am dealing with Nazneen at Ascot branch has been excellent she not just above and beyond but so helpful with my internet banking and enquiries etc.etc. This is the main and most reasons why I loyal to QUODOS bank till this moment.

Re - First Home Loan and assistance from Qudos.

I've been a member of Qudos for almost 20 yrs. Qudos was the first choice for seeking out a home loan (first for me) and the dealings with Qudos, specifically Bobby from Miranda/Mascot was first class.

Given my financial situation (savings / amount to be borrowed) I had a smooth, trouble free and swift dealings with Qudos. Bobby was a pleasure to deal with - and provided me with all the necessary information required in my first purchase, and helpful advice on how to arrange my Qudos accounts. Thanks for the hassle free application - as I have just moved into my new place this weekend.

The Lending Specialist made the process incredibly smooth. The initial Loan request was made over the holiday period and in an amazingly short period of time the Pre Approval was completed. As we had now found a new property, this quickly followed to a request for full loan approval. With her persistence Full Approval was given and we were able to Exchange before the other buyers. Would not have happened without her assistance. Thank you so much.
