I contacted these Accountants to help me catch up on a few years worth, got it all sorted with no hustle

They just seem to make excuse after excuse. Also they seem to close before 4pm Western Australian time, despite saying that is their closing time. I'll definitely be ringing the financial ombudsman if I don't get my return within the next couple of days.

I had a great experience with this company the person I spoke to really knew what they were talking about I had the advance in my account within the hour of signing off which I really don't know how they do it and I have just been told my final payment has already been paid for me. Definitely recommend to others.

Wish I had read these reviews before using them. Don't think I'll ever get my refund. Waiting since December. Lie after lie followed by more lies. I feel for the receptionist taking all these calls. Unless she's part of the scam. Anyone have advice what to do?

Their service is terrible they ripping of people. They ripped of $419.94 of my husband's tax refund. Never ever use them, people who say they do quick service do not trust them they could be themselves. I don't know how will I get my money back. I have made a complaint with Tax Practitioners Board hope they do something about it.

I completed my tax return due to the affordable online advertised price. Tax returns are not the cheap prices they advertise. It has been over 2 months and im still waiting on my returns only to be given the run around. Still no money yet the ATO paid it into there account over 2 moths ago. Do not use this company they name is very misleading as there is nothing quick about them. Starting to think I will never get my money back.

Quick tax did 2 years of my taxes. The ATO confirm Quick Tax received my refunds in their account on 3 and 9 January 2017. 8 emails later and still no refunds in my account.

I have emailed them daily, nothing.

I have made a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board.

But really when I am struggling it's not acceptable to have a registered accounting firm hold/steal my money.

They could at least reply to their emails!

Guy's I lodged a total of 8 years of tax returns with these guys. I've been paid all but for two which according to the Ato have been sent today to quick tax. I've called 3 times today and both financial managers are out of office. So I would say I'm quite happy with the service until today

These people did a tax return for me in October I am still waiting for the return have wondered if these people are crooks very dispointing don't even know if the return was submitted. I have not been contacted by them at all.

They stole all my tax return. New company taking money and exit scam. Tried to contact them via email and no response. Got through on phone but lied that its processing. Must be scam ??? Someone needs to report these guys. Are they even in Perth?

Incorrectly stated figures from what I told them, I was expecting my return to my bank account which they had the details for. 8 weeks later when chasing it find out from ato its sitting in accountants bank account, now just hoping I will receive my money.

They processes my claim in 10 mins, great. But it's been over a month since I lodged my claim and no money has arrived. I called the ATO who told me it's been sitting in their bank account for over 2 weeks. Called them on Monday to ask for my return (as they stopped answering my emails) and it is now Friday and I am still waiting. Moral of the story, don't use Quicktax if you want to get your return back. They boast about being fast and convenient, I found their service to be anything but!
