Two months no return..many texts saying it's scheduled wait a week nothing another text it's scheduled wait a week nothing then texts it's been processed wait 48 hours nothing. I only just got my tax finally approved after scam from Phoenix institute and now I have a scam with quickest but that's ok because I'm now going to the same ombudsmen who took Phoenix institute to court and start the process again for quixotic see you in court.

I submitted my tax return with quicktax in mid September, I finally get a response in December saying the money is being transferred to my account. Come January still nothing in the form of my tax return. Apparently problems with the ATO (even though the ATO confirmed they transferred the money to quick tax in September.) Essentially what resulted was a lot of unnecessary phone calls and legal threats to quick tax for them to actually transfer the money. I was told multiple times the money had been transferred but they couldn't provide a receipt, GO FIGURE. I really don't believe if i didn't chase these people, you could except to never get your money back. In short, stay well WELL away from these "professional tax agents"

These guys are dishonest and they have made a fancy website to fool people. I am another one of them. I suggest you contact the tax practitioners board and let people know that these are dishonest thieves. At least we've learnt this lesson. (Also, anyone got any mates that can create a virus so we can send it to these guys probably not even a group of people, probably one moron who can make a website.)

Don't use! If you have, hound them and contact tax practitioners board (aus govt.).

Worst experience I've ever had. They don't give you your return unless you hound them if they answer your calls or emails. Disgraceful it's theft they should be closed down and put in jail!! To my knowledge they are under investigation, absolute thieves half of their client base haven't received their tax return. Do not use this company at any cost!!! You will not receive your tax return at all!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before going through this company as I’m still waiting for my tax to be put into my account from over 2 months ago. Sick of calling and getting the same reply that they will be putting it in to my account and text messages from them saying it’s going in that was over two weeks ago. I will never go through this company again nor will I ever recommend them to anybody I know.
Quick tax my butt!!!

Let me just say you guys DON'T have any right to call urself “quicktax” for you to call it quicktax you would have to live Up to that name! My partner and I have been waiting over a month and half for my tax and all you guys did was lie to us and kept it just so you can make interest! U low lives! How dare you! I finally got my tax on the 13th of November the process went through the 6th of October! Don’t tell me your computers were down I’ve read reviews that have dated back to last year! Let me guess your computers were down then too! I call crap! Unprofessional! Do not use these money sucking people! I’m going further with this! I have rang up ato they are taking this further! Wrong person to mess with!!!

Absolutely appalling. I lodged my tax through Quicktax at the beginning of September and am still yet to receive my remaining funds in mid November. I was assured through email that I would receive the funds within 72 hours, it has now been one week. I have repeatedly attempted to make contact with them via phone and email to no avail.

I did my tax return with them and while ATO processed the application mid-October, I am still waiting for the money to be transferred to my account. Every time I am talking to them about the refund they are only giving me more lies and delays. Also, they don't want to provide any evidence of the payment although they keep saying the money transferred was processed.

I still hope is not a scam (although it looks like it)!!!

Used quick tax last year and it took a while, used them again this year and have had nothing but trouble. Never ever answer their phones, will email you when they feel like it, and fob you off constantly. Have had my refund from ATO for nearly 2 weeks and have advised they refunded a week ago, still nothing and they wont provide evidence of refund made. Looks like I will be going to fair trading...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I lodged my tax return over 1month ago. At first i thought i was dealing with a professional business, i soon found out they are one of the worst companies i have dealt with in my life. The ATO refunded my money to them over a week ago and I still haven't got my money. When you speak to there staff all you get back is crap, no help what so ever. I will never be using this company again i will tell everybody that i know to stay clear. Quicktax hahaha should be more like SLOWTAX pffffft!

I lodged my tax return with Quicktax last Monday over the phone.
I looked up 'progress of my return' with the ATO today, 26/09/2017, and it says my return'
has been finalised.
I contacted Quicktax this morning by email to ask when a deposit can be made to my account.
I was brushed off with the most obnoxious reply, 'if you haven't received your return by the 10/10
pls contact us.' So the ATO has done its job and now my refund is going to sit on someone's desk at Quickfix
for at least the next two weeks. Q U I C K tax, as the name suggests, is why I chose these cowboys. What liars.
I'm trying really hard to restrain my anger.

Shocking, used them to make life easier, trying to get an update from them made life 5x harder, then turned to anger and frustration after failed attempts to lock in a date when i will get payment, they have no idea anyway, middle man you do not need. should have read reviews!

Quicktax is just another organisation that collects your money from the ATO and holds it to gain interest on your money. They will ignore countless calls and emails purely so they can keep your money in their own account.
Disgusting way to do business. Not caring at all about people's financial needs, just their own. Currently in talks with a lawyer about my return.

I found this service to be overpriced and definitely a case of too many cooks. Applied for same day and after 8 phone calls someone eventually figured this out. 14 days later still awaiting the remainder. Would not recommend.

Very dishonest tax agent. Do not use this tax agent all they do is lie, ignore your emails and ignore your phone calls to you. Do not use them as they withhold your refund for weeks while your tax refund gains them interest from your money. Don't ask for a cash advance as their fees are too high. Worst tax agent in Australia.

Was given an estimate - was told it would be within 14 working days - 12 months later - and after repeated calls and e-mails - still no response. Am put on hold and never gotten back to. Am told the person responsible is unavailable. Absolutely no response to e-mails. Have also gotten a phone message of them being closed for three months. Am following up with the ombudsman. Steer well clear of these guys. Should not be in business.

Well where do I start? Today is the 26 June and my refund was sent back to 'Quick' Tax by the ATO on 16 May.

After a pile of unreturned phone calls, messages, emails and even another e submission form I honestly am lead to believe that Quick Tax is a scam and my refund of $1100 has been stolen.

Their office hours are 9am - 4pm but their phone always goes to message bank. They have literally only answered the line twice and don't bother leaving a message because it won't be returned.

The best excuse they've had for me for this almost-two-month-wait is "we've been really busy"

Well I don't care, I've also been in need of $1100 so where's my refund "QUICK TAX"?

I've had a great experience with these guys, it was a simple easy process all over the phone. They updated when my money was paid out and received in a pretty quick time all in all I'm happy.
