Don't use them they are liars they hold on to your tax even after Ato has deposited the money in their account. They tell you fake promises, lies such as we have deposited the money when they have not.

Same case for me as with all of the other reviews. i lodged my tax return fro 2017 in march we are now in june and no answer, time after time they said they dont have an update on when the money will be deposited to me. I have been trying to contact them and no one is answering so i rang the ato and they said the refund was deposited into the tax agents account in march. I have made a complaint with the tax practitioners board, really hoping they can help me get my refund.

Lies after lies still waiting for my tax refund & still nothing, will never use them again, extremely unprofessional, it’s been 3 months & yet nothing what a joke.

Bad customer service. Still waiting on money more than a month later. Unprofessional and rude in email replys. None of the staff are contactable. The mobile used to contact me is now disconnected.
Worst business I've ever dealt with.

Lodged my tax on 25/1/18 - Have been told over 4 times they had issues in January sorry for the delay. Email sent to me that my tax was scheduled to go in on 4/4/18 & looky looky still nothing after waiting 72 hrs. Have been back & forth all day via email - This most definitely is not how a Tax Business should run absolutely disgusting. I am at the point I'm done with this & am going further - lies after lies (wish I just stayed with my normal Tax guy) Arhhhh!!!

I wish had I had checked these reviews prior to using them!! I made the mistake of using this company to do my tax return. They took about 2months to actually do the return and its been almost 3months since the return was done and I still haven't received my tax refund. I've checked with them a number of times I keep getting told its been transferred and will be in my account next day but still nothing!!!

Then when they finally did deposit my return they overcharged me with the fees and was not what we had agreed on!!

I don't recommend using them! I'm going to lodge a dispute with the tax practitioners board because I feel like this is just a scam www.tpb.gov.au

Lodged mine in January only received it today 9 April after I told them I was lodging a formal complaint about their stupid company. I received a call within 30min and a transfer within the hour . Do not use them . Stay away. No need to hide my name .

Filed my tax returns in January through them. Got it approved by ATO writhing 7days of lodgement. When I contacted them they would always give a date but no returns for two months. That’s when I called them up and threatened about complaining to TPB then too they said that it doesn’t bother them. Finally I sent them the screenshot of my complain in progressand told them if I don’t get it within 24hrs I will go ahead with the complain. Within the next 10mins I had the money in my account and I also logged the complain. The TPB is aware of them so make sure you complain and follow up everyday if possible record the call I know it’s not legal to record but it’s not legal to hold on to others tax refund as well.

Horrible business they are very slow and unprofessional. They hold on to your money for as long as long as they can and when you ask them about it they lie.

I submitted my tax return in September in November quick tax sent through “an amended tax lodgement” because the ato didn’t received all my payment summaries. It’s now February and I’m still waiting until March they have told me. And with holding what was my original refunded amount “to cover costs” until my amendment is granted and refunded... beyond a joke. I shouldn’t have had to speak to the ato to find this out as tax agents the should have told me this... will I ever get my money back who knows but I am fuming... I will finish my tax return with a new tax accountant I think and I will be reporting quick tax. Thanks for the stuff around mate!

I done my tax through quicktax 14th December the ATo transferred quicktax ( lkn accounting Pty Ltd ) on the 27th December 2017 yet they will not transfer me my return. They keep saying they will call me back, there is a back log. However I do not believe it, I asked to speak with their manager and I was unable to for staff training was apparently being held.. I have called the Tax practitioner to get on board with help and will be taking legal action for they should not be keeping our money!

I lodged my return 1st december with quick tax and the money was put into their account on the 11th December by the ato it is now the 29th Jan and I still don't have the money I have been told it would be transferred on the 19th as there were delays and I let it go okay Christmas new years what ever but it is getting ridiculous just got off my 8th call within two weeks not including emails . Saying the same thing oh it's being transferred tonight please wait 2-3days for processing ... when I express how upset I am they reply with oh I'm just passing on the message

Like everyone else just been writing, same thing happened to us. My tax return was processed on 27th November, after many emails, phone conversations and a last email letting them know if i didn't get my money they were forcing me to take it further. They paid within 1 working day. They constantly lied about everything they were doing. Yeah The only way to get something done about this company is to report to the tax practitioners board. If there are enough cases of similar experiences the practitioners board can do something more permanent.
