Worked for me. I was getting major hot flushes about every hour, day and night. So bad in the winter, my glasses kept fogging up. Constantly taking clothes off, putting them back on, and sleeping on towels at night because they were easier to wash than changing the bedding all the time. I finished the first packet, stopped taking them and the hot flushes came straight back.
Small tablet - other things on the market are the size of horse pills, and I just can't swallow them!
Easy to buy, except my local Coles has stopped stocking it, now that they have "upgraded" the store! Very annoying.
Could be cheaper

Didn't work at all

took this product for 6 months and it didn't work at all. Given the expense I would not recommend it. After reading all the hype I really believed this might stop night sweats. Not worth buying. I even tried 3 a day but it still was no good. Sleeping really badly and this did not help.
the promise
didn't work and the expense

I tried this for a period of about six months and during this time I did not notice a huge difference in symptoms or in my general health
I quite like the idea of using natural things to deal with menopausal issues if only they work - I guess no one would be taking the synthetic HRT products on the market if these alternatives did what they say they do but in my experience they do not keep the promises they make in the ads
i think this is a very expensive way of dealing with mid-life symptoms; doesn't work

Dr. Gynecologist recommended, so far Remifemin has reduced some of my hot flushes, I have been taking it for 2 months and after having hrt for $75 month the price is right, no problems so far.
I don't have any dislikes at the moment.

I took them for a full 3 months (3 periods) & then stopped last month as I had run out & the night sweats are now back & I am feeling up & down in my moods, having trouble concentrating & also not sleeping well. My husband has asked me to go back on THOSE tablets. I was sceptical when I first started them but I now know how beneficial they were for me, I am off to the chemist now to get them.
It decreased my nights sweats down to none. I felt happier & my periods were less painful.
They are a bit pricey..

I had very bad night sweats and all day hot/cold flushes. Night was the worst. My Doctor wanted me to have hormone therapy. I tried remifemin instead. It was incredible. It worked so quickly I was amazed. Eventually I stppoed using it as my main symptons had disappeared. I would recommend this product to any woman with menapausal problems. It's easy to take one tablet.
I used remifemin on and off for a few months. It made a difference within days.
It's not topo expensive to buy either.
I have no negativves to report on remifemin at all.

Have only experienced mild improvement maybe after 8 weeks of use - still experiencing some night sweats on hot nights and hot flushes several times a day (hourly) especially when I am at home in the heat. Who knows maybe if I wasnt taking it I could be experiencing more sweating and flushing. Will continue use for the next few months before trying another product.
I like that it is a plant based compound.
No cons at the moment other than it has been slow to work, havent tried any other products.

I had my ovaries surgically removed in December as part of a treatment plan for breast cancer(diagnosed at 43). I'm now in acute surgical menopause & the hot flushes & night sweats are unbearable. I can't take HRT due to the oestrogen (breast cancer), so I hope that the remifemin will start working soon.

Natural product.
Taking too long to kick in. All the natural products are expensive.

Please call the shop where you bought them from. We shouldn't give you health advice when we don't know what else you are taking. It's best to speak with a pharmacist.

I understand it is all natural, however, I would double check with your specialist or Doctor first. I've still found it to be good.
