Remifemin Plus works just give it time
I was skepital at first because nothing was happening but it said it could take 2-4 months to work, so I persisted. Sure enough after 2 months there was a decrease in my symptoms, at least 50% for my hot flushes and night sweats, now 3 months on and they're pretty much all gone, so happy.

Saved my life
I just want to say that after months of continuous sweating & headaches and all other symptoms, but the sweating profusely was horrendous, it got to the stage I didn't want to go out anywhere. I went to my doctor who run blood tests for any thyroid problems, which all came back fine. He then asked me a few questions & suggested HR therapy, which I didn't want to take.
He then suggested something natural and mentioned Remifemin.
So I was desperate. I went and purchased them from chemistwarehouse 100 tablets for $22.50 I am almost speechless be...Read more

2nd time lucky? No way.
I tried it at the beginning of menopause which was not helping. I switched to hrt for 2 years reducing dosage to about a quarter with great relief. My partner was really worried I'd get cerncer so I went "cold turkey" for 2 months Sleep deprived and desperate I thought I'd try again. One month later I don't feel any difference, still sleepless and fatigued.

I was skeptical but desperate for help.
Im 47 and due to a hysterectomy a few years back, I have gone into full blown Menopause including weight gain, hot flashing and horrible anxiety which is completely out of character for me. The nights were the worst and at best I was surviving on about 4 hours sleep due to constant night flashes. This then affected my moods and I felt like a zombie.
Someone at work suggested evening primrose oil so I headed to the chemist to buy some. Thankfully the Naturopath on staff talked me into (and she really had to!) trying Remifemin and combining i...Read more
t with Evening Primrose and St Johns Wort . It took 2 full weeks to work but I have to say, I am down to one flash a night and I'm sleeping really well. I feel so much better and have also now included Magnesium and Thyroid assist (Iodine & Selenium) and I'm starting to lose the weight around my middle already after only 1 week of use. I can't believe that taking these natural supplements have helped me so much and I just know that the Remifemin is the main contributor to this. The doctor was going to prescribe me Livial and now I feel like I can avoid HRT altogether. Please give them a go as you may just be as surprised as I have been.

Unfotunately not for me!
I started using Remifemin after it was recommended to me by a friend. I believe it relieved me from the hot flushes however I also develop a very dry and bloody nose, which is something I never suffered from before. I therefore stopped using Remifemin and after about a month, which was the time it took for my nose to heal, things are finally back to normal. This is not a symptom I have read about anywhere but thought it may be worth mentioning.

Worked for a while...
Product was great! My reason was night sweats with no diagnosis except early menopause (I was 36). My husband saw a packet at the pharmacy & asked me to try them. I initially started taking 4 tablets daily - 2 morning/night and they kicked in around 2wks later. I lowered my dosage to 2 daily over 8 months with great results of dry nights. Then they come back, not with a vengeance, just back. My Dr recommended Harmony Menopause which also works, I’ve had dry nights for 2yrs.
I’m researching again as the Harmony Tablets have stopped working. I picked up Remifemin Plus w St John wart and hope like hell they will give some relief while I go through the motions with my Dr again.

Life saver
This product saved my life...from waking up every night Numerous times to hot flushes and night sweats plus the occasional day flushes headaches and mood swings I am back to my normal self. This did take the three weeks to work as was directed but its effects have been life changing for me. I highly recommend all menopausal women to give it a try. I'm so very glad I did.
UPDATE
Unfortunately it was short lived.
After 5 months I got a cycle and since then the hot flushes and night sweats have returned. Not as bad in frequency (about 3 a night) but the severity is 10 times worse. I am persevering with the tablets for another month which will be 2 months since my cycle and if symptoms don’t improve looks like it’s the HRT for me.

Works great for me!
I purchased this thinking it would probably not work. I get hot flashes and night sweats. The first few days, I didnt really notice anything different. About a week or so out, I definitely noticed an improvement of my symptoms. Its now been about 4 months, and I can say.....this stuff is amazing! I no longer have hot flashes, at all! It works! Its not very expensive, but really does work! If fact, its the only thing that has worked for me! Tried them all!

Amazing results in 1 day crazy but true
Try this. It's crazy I was having hot flushes every 30 mins day and night. I tried it without thinking it would work bc I felt like I had malaria but it did. I take one in am and one in the pm. Crazy but it works. I don't know what the ingredients are but I don't care bc it's passed to German government standards and that's good enough for me in Australia.

Won't live without it
I had hotflushes most days every 20min, sometimes more or less. My night sweats were severe and sleep longer than an hour was a dream. Enough was enough, so i spent hours reading reviews about many different treatments and pills. Decided on this one. Remifemin! I know its a large statement to say INSTANT results and i wouldn't blame you if you thought i was exaggerating, believe me I'm not. Within hours id gone from above to less than 1 an hour, the first night only 3 sweats. My mood/slight depression was gone, i became me again within days. I bought the PLUS pack and take one morning and night WITHOUT fail. I still get flushes but only a few and much less severe and shorter duration. Try it, i hope it works as well for you as it has me.

Worked better than I expected
I was having mild hot flushes (not sweating, just having a hot feeling sweep over my face), sleepnessness (after being the person who could sleep through anything all my life), and cramps. Totally debilitating cramps which came on for no apparent reason. Then one day it occurred to me that perhaps it was menopause related. Dr Google confirmed that cramps can be brought on during menopause. I mentioned this to a friend who mentioned Remifemin - she’d been reading a leaflet about it in a chemist when a stranger came up to say it was the only thin...Read more
g that had helped her. I figured I had nothing to lose so I tried it and had almost instant relief. I still get very occasional cramps (less than once a fortnight rather than 5 days a week), the hot flushes are almost non-existent, and my sleeplessness has improved. I can’t quite live up to my old slogan of ‘I’m great in bed - I can sleep for hours’ but I’m certainly sleeping better than I was. I have recommended it to a friend who has also found relief from hot flushes. The flushes are her only sign of menopause so far (she’s only 47) but they were making life difficult (esp. during the hot summer we've just had). I have another friend who found Remifemin gave her headaches, so like everything else in life, it’s horses for courses.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Terrific natural medication
I began taking Remifemin after having 14 night flashes in one night. I did my research and chose Remifemin day tablets. I began the tablets after I was feeling awful for about a week. They kicked in after four weeks taking three tablets per day; one each in the morning/lunchtime/night. I was getting hot flushes day and night, itching, fatigue. After four weeks all my symptoms have disappeared except for some fatigue. It has certainly worked for me and I'm very happy.

Worked immediately - can't believe it
I am 53 and had experienced worsening symptoms of hot flushes and sleeplessness. At night I would get maybe a dozen hot flushes, dozing off between each one, then finally getting some sleep around 5am. I was so hot all night I had a 30-cm exclusion zone around my body and couldn't bear to be touched. I was going out of my mind with fatigue and headaches after a couple of weeks of this. My partner suggested Remifemin which had helped his ex-wife with severe symptoms (much worse than mine). I read the instructions and expected I might get some r...Read more
elief in 2-3 weeks. My first night's sleep after taking the daily dose of two tablets was the best I'd had in weeks - just two hot flushes and quite mild ones. Second night - just one hot flush the whole night! I hope it's not just beginners luck or coincidence because it seems quite miraculous (although I am still getting headaches which I have never had my entire life). I really don't want to go on hormones, so if this keeps working - hooray! Seems from the reviews that it works brilliantly for some women, and doesn't work at all for others. I hope you are one of the lucky ones. PS I was also suffering extreme anxiety but that has disappeared after I started exercising every day.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

There is more to hot flushes than we are told
I'm not menopausal l have had all the tests, but Remifemin was a God send for me! Read on because there is much more you need to know.
After 5 years of my body not sweating but pouring like l had just got out of the shower, l was told by a lady to try Remifemin but l wouldn't notice the full difference until l took 2 weeks worth at 3 a day, almost to the day my cruel regular 10 minute apart soakings had reduced to very mild sweats maybe 2 or 3 times a day, l can't recommend Remifemin highly enough and they are cheaper at Woolworths than my Amc...Read more

Watch for side effects
Helped with being hot at night and moods but I had taken it for over 6 months which is a no no.
I started getting vaginal ulcers and bleeding caused by friction during sex, this may or may not berelated but as we get old we get a bit thin down there so plenty of lube is a must.
But one of the side effects is gynaecological problems so with a dicey Pap smear result I've stopped taking this could all be a coincidence but I've stopped taking it.
Like everything we take either natural or man made there are always side effects cause we are all different and no one person is he same.
If any of You get problems down there treat with silver water, very good and works faster than a salt bath.

Really helped me
Ive been taking Remifemin for a number of years now. Within a month of taking them my hot flushes stopped. Now that I have been reading that they shouldnt be taken for longer than 6 months I have decided to go off them. Im hoping the hot flushes dont come back. I have put weight on and do have very sore muscles which are some of the possible side effects. I have also realized that I take a few medications that react to Remifemin

Nope nope nope!
Desperately searched for something natural to help with revolting hot flashes, night sweats etc. Googled, found all the raving reviews, so I bought it. Took it religiously, and symptoms INCREASED! Finished 2nd box last week, deciding to go without it, and NOW, I'm feeling so much better. From half hourly hot flashes and little sleep, to only 1 or 2 much milder flashes per day, and Im sleeping better. Thanks but no thanks

Is Remifemin safe to take for someone who has had breast cancer ?

I understand it is all natural, however, I would double check with your specialist or Doctor first. I've still found it to be good.

Can Remifemin cause your heart to race? I took it for the first time tonight and I cannot sleep and it feels like my heartbeat is very fast. Should I persist with taking it?
