Still waiting...
After reading all the positive reviews on this site I thought I would try Remifemin.
I have been taking it now for 3 months and still waiting for it to take effect. There has been no decrease in my hot flushes, night sweats and other menopausal symptoms. Very disappointing as I had high hopes that it would bring relief.

Remifemin and vertigo
I used Remifemin for 2 years with very little result with hot flushes and night sweats. I just kept hoping. I got vertigo during this time and if I went off Remifemin it stopped and when I resumed so did the dizziness. I am sure this is not the case for all but it you get vertigo this could be the reason.

Failed... and hot flashes increased
I was initially taking a different product which was quite expensive so thought I would try something else. Almost all of the reviews I read gave it a thumbs up. So why not. Hot and cold flashes returned with a vengeance. Now I am having more than when I wasn't on any medication. Unable to work out why this product does not work for me.

Relief at last
Going through menopause at the age of 47 I was experiencing hot flushes, sleepless nights and fatigue. I decided to try Remifemin and it definitely works, relief at last. I highly recommend this product if you are after a natural alternative. No more hot flushes, sleepless nights and best of all goodbye fatigue. I can definitely say Remifemin works for me.

I'm so relieved to have found help!
I'm 35 years old and for the last 4 months I've been going through early onset menopause. At first I had no clue what was wrong with me. I couldn't sleep, was more anxious, irritable, moody, snappy, dealing with hot sweats & cold sweats. My poor husband & kids were terrified of me with how insane I've been with a short fuse. So I went to my Mom and she told me why I was most likely dealing with all these issues. My doctor confirmed it. So I called my mom crying begging for a way to make it stop and she took me to get Remifemin. Within taking th...Read more
e first few doses the symptoms have begun to subside. Huge difference in a few days. I'm already sleeping better and have maybe 2 hot flashes less intense than the 20 to 30 daily I was having. This medication is a god send and I can feel my sanity returning gradually. I am too young for all this and I thought I had 5 years before this was even a possibility but I was wrong. Luckily I have a mom who is helping me deal with this and Remifemin. I don't think I would be ok without the support I have as well as these wonderful butterfly pills!Similar opinion? Definitely try it!
I'm now 50 but many years ago I suffered a hormone imbalance which gave me all of the symptoms of menopause. I bought the 200 box which did nothing for me but a week into the 2nd box I was symptom free. I am not menopausal at the moment but any time I've had any bad hormonal symptoms I reach for Remifemin. They are a god - send. No exaggeration. For anyone who suffers, I say try them for yourself. What have you got to lose.
P.S. Since writing this review I have started getting severe symptoms of hot flushes, sweats, etc. etc. BUT my wonderful Remifemin has once again come to my rescue. ♡

Such a God-send
Menopause symptoms (especially anxiety/depression) hit me out of the blue & lost my appetite & zest for living - was off work for over 3 months & in desperation I tried this product in combination with vitamin B6, good diet, exercise & proper sleep & within 2-3 weeks noticed a dramatic change. I would definitely recommend trying!

A Brilliant Product.
This product has been on the market for decades, and so pleased women are still trying it. I am well and truly over hot flushes etc but vividly remember the anguish I went through....sweats, anxiety, fatigue. The pharmacist suggested Remifemin and it was like throwing a light switch! Back to my normal busy working life. Used them for approximately 2 years with no side effects. Throughly recommend this product.

Life saver!!
I am 51 and the hot flushes hit me like a lava wave without any warning. About 20 huge "waves" per day with minor ones in between. Words cannot bring justice to the experience. My happy go lucky nature dissapeared, mood swing, night sweat and heart pulpitations made my life a complete missery. I have 2 teenage boys they had to put up with me sprawling in front of the fan ( with the minimum clothing on ) while the aircon and ceiling fan operated on full aswell. I suffered for a week and decided to put some clothes on and went to the pharmacy. I...Read more
looked at many different "menopause brands" and decided to ask an assistant for advice. She recommend Remifemin. I am over the moon. The hot flushes is barely noticeable and a huge improvement in my moody behaviour. Libido is still non existent, but I am already a different person within one week. I am positive and extremely grateful.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent, also try with DIM
I have been in perimenopause for over 2 years. After 6 months of very little sleep and night sweats I tried Natures way DIM plus which worked great for 6 months on its own. When the symptoms returned I tried Remifemin also. These two products used together are the answer for me. I have no perimenopause symptoms anymore, other than irregular cycles. I take one of each, morning and night. You need to look for DIM online. Also, do your own research. All that 3 GPs offered me was to go on the pill and none suggested these natural alternatives to try even though one was a naturopathic GP! Also limit alcohol, exercise more and eat better.

Failed For Me
I was hopeful this would work for me after reading all the positive reviews a couple of months ago but sadly Remifemin didn't work for me after using it for a month at 2 tablets twice a day. I notice no change in my menopausal symptoms. I then started using Femaren by Oriental Botanicals, having great results. No more hot flushes or sweats.
No Success

Yes they work
Years of sleepless sweaty nights, waking ten times or more. One a night and after a week or so, totally different. wake occasionally with mild heat blast, nothing like it was. Im 47 and been going through this for years, early menopause and never seemed to be finishing. I am a very patient accepting person, but the sleepless sweaty nights were getting too much. Really pleased to have found something that works and it is natural.
Sleep, finally

Sleep at last
My main need for this product was looking for relief for night sweats I was waking up, up to 20 times a night and my partner could feel the heat radiating from me he reckoned he could fry an egg on my belly. I started by taking 2 tabs in the morning and 2 tabs at night after about a fortnight I found that I was only waking 3 to 4 times and they were not as intense. After a month was night sweat free...Happy days back to normal sleeping patterns.
inexpensive, they did what they said they would

I can't believe it
I was not sleeping, moody, irritable with everything from people driving their cars to customers at work and more so with my adorable husband who kept asking if it was something he had said or done the poor thing. My mood swings were just incredible but I feel like me again. Gee I hope these tablets keep working. Thank you so much.
Quick working.

These work!
I knew I was experiencing the beginnings of menopause and suddenly I wasn't a happy person, the dark moods and depression crept in and saw reviews of this product. Now, I never usually take any medications but I bought a box of 100 and stuck to the dose of one each morning and night. I saw results within two days, that is, i slept all night for the first time in months, and it took me out of the sad black mood. No night sweats either which is great. I highly recommend these.
amazing relief

It's a miracle
Well after a particularly horrid last six months in which I thought I was going crazy: I was scouring the Internet looking for possible solutions when i found Remifemin product reviews. This prompted me to purchase a packet of 200; of which I've been taking two in the morning and two in the evening.
Slowly but surely the "real me" is emerging from the monster I became. No more tears for no reason. No more black moods where I just couldn't face anyone. Very few horrible hot flushes. Less itchy skin. Less anxiety, and my panic attacks have disappeared. My outlook is way more positive once again, and my confidence is returning along with my zest for life. Definitely life changing for me. Try them!!!!

Is Remifemin safe to take for someone who has had breast cancer ?

I understand it is all natural, however, I would double check with your specialist or Doctor first. I've still found it to be good.

Can Remifemin cause your heart to race? I took it for the first time tonight and I cannot sleep and it feels like my heartbeat is very fast. Should I persist with taking it?
