I have given a few ''product reviews'' on different products over the years. My personal experience with this latest circumstance confirms more than ever how important this facility is. We decided to look at changing the kitchen benchtops and noticed an ad on Gumtree in our outer North Brisbane area for this, and replied. I have now had three jobs in investments for myself and a client completed by this business. I discussed with Mat the "negative reviews" left on this site and the position of the business. I'm not one for posting reviews on any platform, however some posted on this site are extremely unfair.
Its very clear that there are always two sides to each story! the "verified customer" banner may provide a more factual experience.

Well, I wish I had seen these reviews before I commenced work with them.
I instigated them to do the work in our bathroom after paying a hefty deposit which they get you to fill in a contract for and I have never in my life come across a more inept business approach than [Names Removed]. They do not come when they say they will and if they do for some unknown reason [Name Removed] has to take off 10 minutes after arriving to go and get something?...and then returns and goes with some lame and sometimes 'just laughable' excuse! I have never felt the need to write a review before but feel that other unsuspecting people need to know about this company. My experience was the same as other experiences posted—a reasonable quote, fantastic communication from the beginning, and agreed to a start date. I didn't see these reviews prior to engaging Mat on a job for a rental property I own at Beenleigh as I had engaged him via another website that has multiple positive reviews. To be honest I'm quite shocked at the negative reviews on product review, I found him easy to deal with, he did a skilled job and all for a very reasonable price. My old bath and the surrounding tiles look like new, an amazing transformation. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Terrible, extremely unprofessional. Our “quick” job was delayed by several weeks, and they used every excuse in the book (he cut his finger, his employee was sick, his kids were sick, his equipment was damaged in the rain, he ran out of paint and could only order it from Melbourne, sick again… etc. etc). Resurface It is almost impossible to get hold of and rarely answered their phone or returned calls or emails.

I had a tradesman from Resurfacit come out and provide a quote for repairing a crack in a spa bath. I requested, and he agreed to provide, some reference sites so that I could check the quality of his work.

After a week of hearing nothing, I sent him an email. It was answered by the proprietor in head office who refused to provide references on the basis that most of their work is for private customers and he could not give out phone numbers.
