I have used these guys multiple times and will never going anywhere else. They were so friendly every time I phone in or even called into the office. The girls in the office work endlessly to ensure that everything
was done efficiently. We used Charlotte and she was fantastic and always kept us in the loop.

Settlement of property went well, conveyancer that we dealt with seemed to have no idea, didn't go through any searches with us or explain what they where for. Only called when deadlines where hours away. Seems like we paid 1300 just to get them to witness our signature.

Throughout our settlement we felt as though RCC were never on our side, we were very easy going customers, maybe that's why they seemed to bend over and take anything that the opposing solicitors would impose, they never seemed to go into 'bat for us' on the most basic of principles, they would notify us of certain deadlines throughout settlement only minutes before action was required - essentially putting us in a corner with no options, this was generally to make there job easier no doubt. When important details or questions were asked they would ignore emails or see your ph number and ignore it. They also charged us double what was originally quoted. Overall a very poor experience and will never consider this company again.

Used their service a few years ago and the only time I managed to speak to the conveyancer at the time of signup, and never again after that. Also realised later on that they are quite expensive compared to other firms.

I purchased a property in QLD from Vic and it wouldn't have happened without River City Conveyancing. Everyone else managed to stuff things up (mortgage broker, bank, real estate agent and myself) but they provided accurate, timely advice and managed to get me to a successful settlement. Very reasonable fees, always available to answer questions and/or deal with panics. I would recommend them without reservation.

We sold our house in Brisbane and engaged River City Conveyancing to do conveyancing work for us. Despite of the short settlement (21 days) everything was done professionally. They submitted all the forms to us early enough. They also got in touch with our bank and requested mortgage release. They organized transfer documents to e signed and sent them back. They attended the settlement for us.
