didnt last the warranty
Bought the wall canopy for my 2nd kitchen in Jul 2009, got it installed in Dec 09, occassionally used it and now it has started making funny noises and rattling, we are out of warranty by a month, but spoke to Robinhood customer services and a guy has come and looked at it, advising that there is a problem with the motor. Not sure if they will replace it or not.

Terrible
I've only just had this installed and I am worried that it is so noisy I will never want to use it

It is incredibly noisy and doesn't seem to actually extract much at all!

thank God, It got fixed by Robinhood a week ago, they imported the motor from NZ, thanks Robinhood, lets see if it lasts..
