Bought a unit in around January 2022 with premium extended warranty. stopped working in mid April 2020 and spent hours trying to troubleshoot that did not go well. Rotimatic used Covid-19 excuse to send a replacement unit and they do not have any further timeline. I wouldn't spend $1500+ again to buy this unit.

DO NOT BUY ...DO NOT CONNECT: my first machine have same problem "wrong during warmup.. plug in plug out", Rotimatic support disconnected its power after failing to rectify. I throw that and bought unused second hand locally and after registering and asked for change name then I think they sabotaged the machine... My two machines damaged after contacting their support. I lost two machines now, can we take any legal actions ... any one can advise

I purchased rotimatic two years back. All of a sudden it stopped working. VT is not settling in correct position. I am trying to fix it with help of customer service. They trailing it out not interested in fixing. There is no service centre. Don't waste your money. Useless company which is interested only in selling.

Took my money to date have not issued refund or sent the machine and every time email them they have a excuse.
Dont buy from them and not trust them simple.

Most pathetic customer service, they don’t have online technicians neither they have centralised call centre. They ask u to chat, waste your time, rippers, don’t buy their product at all.

I cancel my order after 2 weeks of waiting fast shipping what supposed to be delivered in 2-5 days.

Reasons:
1) It is too late - I expected to receive item, because order it for as a gift. I paid for fast shipping 2-5 days and instead of that 7 days rotimatic team just asked me to verify my payment.

2) Nobody never asked me my personal documents to verify my payments. Even after I replied with what rotimatic asked me, different employees kept asking same thing.

3) One employee said that I can use blackFriday discount and referral code, others said I can't. Not sure if you have one opinion here, but I expected get both deals.

4) One of the worst customer support I have ever faced. Just wasted my time.

Rotimatic is hype. The machine does not work from the very first day. It's more of pain than having roti peacefully. Error all the time and you won't get any support from customer care. You cant talk to any customer care, only text them and they reply days later with a pre-written robotic answer.

The company policy is so bad that you have a horrible machine which is not working and you won't get the money back easily. I am trying to return and get money back for long as the machine not working at all. Won't recommend it to buy. They are not even ready to make an offer for the inconvenience we had and the contrary asked us to clean and repack the machine to return.

It takes few days to learn about this machine.... Amazing machine must buy it to eat fresh Roti..

Not working, No response from the support team,Rotis are not fresh.There are lots of design flaws ... I made myself fool by buying this and want to warn you all.. every roti lover out there to stay away and save yourself from being food trapped by marketing gimmicks...

Not working as soon as warranty expired, asking almost full amount to replace. Waste of money. Please think before you buy it's a lot of money for 2 to 3 years of usage.

I have owned the rotimatic for 20 months now. It is a good product while it worked but over the last few months I have been having a lot of trouble with it - Rotis get stuck on the pan and come out uncooked very often. Also my vertical tray has got rust on it. My biggest issue is with their support. It is poor. You will be shifted from one support person to another all the time. All they do is push "some" remote changes and wait for problem to disappear automatically. No one really attends to you. It is a super expensive product for such a limited life. Won't recommend.

We purchased this product with much enthusiasm. It was designed to reduce our effort & time.I am sorry to say this machine has proved us wrong and needs constant attention, supervision & assistance . The dough getting stuck is a constant issue with wastage, as you can't use the same. It needs to be discarded for the machine to get on its mode. For making 5 Rotis, you land up wasting an extra 3 dough (ie 5 Rotis= 8 dough) . The rotimatic company is showing maths of saving which is a bluff .

The maintenance is too high. Requires frequent cleaning. Many times the dough just comes out of the machine without making the roti. Waste of money. Also, the customer service provided by rotimatic is disgusting. They are not ready to to accept a return and give a refund. Very unhappy

Who needs a wife if you have Rotimatic!!!!!!!!

We bought it last year and its amazing. Works like a charm and the support center is very helpful and prompt. Its really good value for money. I am glad we never buy rotis from outside and we have no stress of cooking since we got rotimatic.

I bought the machine in aug 2018. The machine worked well for just 1 month and there after it has being issues one after the other. I also found that the kicker was a damaged piece after a month after I bought it. I waste more than 1 hour just making 10 roti which I could make manually in half the time. I have requested the machine be taking back but I was told this can't be taken back after a month. The customer service representative just keep pushing some software patches that makes the machine work even more horribly.
Please don't buy this machine ever.
