People buy online. Come from Singapore. They charge $271 import duty. Don't buy. The machine is not good. always there will be a problem with the machine. You will end up wasting your time and energy by calling them a thousand times and get stressed. The customer care is horrible. They can only reply to you pre-written messages over the app. No customer care number. You cant call them. They only can do is update your software but cant to anything on hardware from far and then you have to send back to Singapore, need to order box from them. clean it. And they charged for everything. They charged me for sending back to them a faulty machine that they sent me.

Actually my own experience has been great. Highly responsive team. Has worked well for me
very bad.... please don't buy and you would save yourself from feeling shame or fooled

does the extended warranty cover the unit, if thermal fuse fails? are there any charges associated with that unit repair/ unit replacement/ spare replacement?

Yes it does. Full replacement of machine if any of these fail . No charges i believe . I got one without any questions asked
for me they refused.. refund... they are bad...
