I have a gas oven and the griller function is slow and uneven. I love making open grilled sandwiches and this grills perfectly. I have also been using it for toast as it is fast and you can easily observe when it’s ready as opposed to using a traditional toaster. Note it is ‘mini’ so good for those with a small amount of counterspace, and would suit people only wanting to cook for 1-2 people at a time (tray would only fit 4 muffin halves or two large pieces of standard store bought bread). It has an easy to clean crumb and drip tray. It would onot be suitable for those wanting to roast a large piece of meat/large tray but could be used for small one person meals such as breakfast/lunch/snacks. Highly recommend it.
