Great in the car for the dog

published

We bought this for our fluffy dog for long road trips. Since the air con doesn't always reach him the fan has made a huge difference. He used to look so depressed sitting in the back trying to get air through the middle console, now he sleeps happily for hours. I haven't really used the fan beyond 5 hours each day and would recharge at night, although the battery still had heaps of life left. We didn't get the misting fan as we don't want the dog wet or excessive moisture in the car. Overall it has been great for our needs.

Purchased in April 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse for A$79.00.

Should Have Purchased One Years Ago!

This little fan is a great unit. Low speed is quiet and moves a good amount of air. High speed is a bit noisey but moves a surprising amount of air.

My battery life experience with a 4.0ah battery has been:
Low speed, overnight 8-9 hours, 1 bar of battery used.
High speed, all day 10-11 hours, 1 bar of the battery remaining.

Seriously impressed and glad to have this in my collection.

Good fan but needs a big battery to be useful for camping

published

Bought it for a camping trip and added the basic (cheapest) 1.3Ah rechargeable battery. I couldn't find any battery life details before buying so thought I'd share it back now we purchased it. The 1.3Ah battery (purchased separately) yields 5.5 hours of run time on the low setting. We probably need about 4 times that for a weekend of unpowered summer camping.
