Ben was just what the doctor ordered: prompt,quick,and clever. He helped me with several other matters so I could get down to work on the garden that same day. His most surprising feature was the ability to deal with the attentions of a very curious and active Jack Russell.

Kane and Jordan installed my hot water service yesterday and did a fantastic job. Fascinated by the quality of work. Beyond perfect! I’d only want these 2 in the future doing my work!

Arrived on time and kept me up to date on how far he was away.
Clearly explained what was needed to be done to fix and clear the blockage, even showing me on the inspection camera the root system from the tree that had caused the problem. Was polite, friendly, courteous and above all, professional.

Was very impressed with the whole service provided, from first contact with the lady on the phone to the plumbers who attended and completed the work. Was the first time I’ve had tradesmen offer to remove boots and actually clean up all mess once completed. Won’t hesitate in recommending to all friends and family and look forward to dealing with them again I’m the future.

After booking I received messages letting me know what's happening and who my plumber is with pic and all. Ben arrived early after first calling to let me know he's on his way. He went above and beyond to ensure problems were solved.

Plumber came to look for a gas leak at my rental property. I was not there and he couldn't find 1, only charged for inspection. Some plumber's I've dealt with would have said,found a leak and charged me. Will use again

We have had SA Drains complete several jobs for us during our home renovations, we are so happy with the professional service we’ve received, to the extent that we no longer need to go through the quoting process for each new job.

I put on a load of laundry and went for a latte, came back and the laundry was flooded! I was in quite a state of disarray. Old mate from next door heard the commotion and waltzed on over. He put me onto his plumbers "SA Drains" who arrived that same morning. The plumber diagnosed the fault and gave me an up front price to clear the blockage. I was most impressed with the equipment, especially the camera, as the plumber was not only able to tell me what the issue was, he also showed it to me and located it. By the end of the day the drain was repaired, and they did such a good job cleaning up, i couldn't even tell they had been here.

Prompt polite proficient .... perfect. I found this company online when I googled for a plumber in my area. They rang me back within 20 minutes and the guy was with us an hour later. He had to go and get a new toilet which was installed within a couple of hours. He took the old one away and cleaned up afterwards.
Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Discovered a gas leak and contacted SA Drains - process was very simple, but very informative from referral to job completion. We knew who was coming, received a call from Alan introducing himself - we were provided with a quote for either of 2 actions. Job completed very quickly - appliances tested. Very happy with service and outcome - would recommend this company and use them again if needed.

I had one of the plumbers out yesterday to look at a leaking tap. The plumber called when he was on his was so that I could prepare for him. He had a look at my leaking tap and also notice other taps were leaking aswell and offered to look over everything whilst he was there. He found several leaking taps that he fixed on top of the initial tap that I called him for. He cleaned up and left like he was never there. I will be recommending to family and friends. A class service from start to finish.

WOW! Where do I start?! We received an email with the plumbers details before the plumber arrived so we knew who we were expecting, if that wasn’t enough we got a call 30 minutes before he arrived! We were met with a well mannered man, who didn’t rush to tell us a price he wanted to inspect our whole plumbing system to see if there was anything that we hadn’t been made aware of. This was great because our place is 30 years old and not much had been done in the way of maintaining it. We needed a new hot water system which had split but we ended ...

Adam and Dan are the best plumbers I've ever had, they work fantastic together. They were professional, fast, tidy, friendly, and showed me everything that was going on. I felt very comfortable being around them, i deal with all tradies being the carer for my veteran husband, some tradies do not treat women very nice.
Both these men replaced my hot water service and that was an impressive job as well.
This house is well over 50 years old and i will be requesting these two for all future work, which is a fair bit. I would happily recommend the company based off of these two and their professionalism alone.
