Sailmaker

This is my second sail installation from Sailmaker. Jayson is polite and very pleasant to deal with. And very professional as well. I am delighted with the result as I know my garden is now protected from the harsh summer sun.

The assessor was professional and knowledgeable who gave practical and sound advice. Service and installation were prompt, payment was easy and smooth. Installers were polite and quick. All in all, we are very happy with this company.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I can’t comment on product quality – it never got that far – my dealings only relate to their appalling customer service. This company is arrogance personified and uses intimidation when the customer does not give them total autonomy. Customer’s questions are answered with aggression and chest-beating. I cannot say one favourable word. Avoid at all costs. It will save you a lot of grief and abuse.

I have used this company, Sailmaker Shade Sail Designs, three times now for three different job locations. I have never been disappointed. I have used [name removed] to attend, measure and quote. [name removed] is extremely knowledgeable, seems to know exactly what I want every time and never stuffs it up. I've never experienced a problem with any order. Great customer service and great product! Highly recommended if you're looking to improve your place with shade sails.
