Hi Ray, this may be caused by a weak TV signal. I recommend for you to make sure that the cables connecting your TV to your video sources e.g. outdoor antenna, cable TV jack, etc. are firmly connected.

If you require further assistance with this, feel free to reach our Customer Care team on 1300 362 603.

One hard-of-hearing family member needs a sound output to use headphones.
Is there a sound-out socket that can run in parallel with TV speakers?

Hey Leo, this TV model does not have an audio out (Mini Jack). However, if your headphones are Bluetooth capable, you are able to connect them to your TV.

Hi there, thank you for your question, this may be due to the sound format that is being played by Foxtel, which may not be registering as effectively through the soundbar. I suggest giving out customer care line a call, so we can organise a technician to contact you to run some troubleshooting.

Norma this sounds like the off-axis viewing limitation with the TV that I mentioned in my review of the TV....it is really quite poor unless you sit directly in front of the TV. Im sure Samsung will do better in the future. It will be interesting to
