Had this for nearly 3 years works fine
Gets used very regularly, and does a great job. No problems with it at all.
Fuzzy logic wash option is handy, throw a load in and it will sense the size of the load and adjust the water levels accordingly.
Got to remember to clear the lint filter regularly though.

Good Builts Quality, Best After Sales Service
Brought Samsung Washing Machine under someones recommendation, as needed heavy duty due to extending family. Ran perfect for 3 yrs until last year started troubling. Fortunately was under warranty and part was replaced. Guys buy something which has a strong backing for after sales even need to pay a bit extra.

Don't buy it, clothes get lint
This is one of the worst washing machines I have ever used. I have tried cleaning the magic filter after ever wash, tried the tub clean option and the different washing settings. Every time after washing the clothes I have to remove lint from clothes and many times I have stains even after using top detergent brands or the longest and most thorough wash settings. I now resort to pre washing clothes to remove light stains before putting clothes in the machine. So it's like this machine is used just to rinse clothes. I am so fed up especially since most of the problems started after the warranty period had expired. I am very disappointed

perfect
it works really well with such reasonable price. A few noises to notice at, but not from washing. I had it for the last 1 year and have never had any difficulties or problem. work just fine All functions and instructions are pretty simple and easy to use. Got it first handed.

Average machine
Bought this machine as brand name top loader only but machine make me disappointed. Dont have delay function. Making lots of noise during spinning cycle and vibrate. Machine clean cloths and rinse well. need to clean filter every week. very limited washing cycle options. Overall not very much impressed, not recommend anyone to buy this

Good washing machine for small family
After having used a 2nd-hand kelvinator for a good 15 years, I was in the market for a new washing machine.
The main gripe I have with this is that for a normal cycle, the wash time is close to one hour.
Other than this, it is a great machine, fitting a decent amount of laundry. I still have to do around 2 loads at a time for a family of 3.
On the last cycle, water from the laundry really gets squeezed out well, and so laundry will dry outside in just a few hours.
Also easy on the clothes as it doesn't have an agitator.

Samsung washing machine doesn't wash clean
This machine doesn't wash clean if you have a dirty mark on it it just stays there. Doesn't matter how much or how little soap I use it still stays. Leaves lint on the clothes. Clean the filter after each wash makes no difference. Had Samsung before were great but this one is rubbish.

Very impressed!
I love the price on this machine, great value for the size. It washes well, you can watch through the window as well and it's not noisy when spinning like some of the bigger machines. It doesn't have an agitator for clothes to get tangled around but it's missing the woollens setting and only does hot or cold, no warm, otherwise I would go 5/5. I would definitely recommend to a friend though.

Not bad!
This machine is just perfect for a small family of 3 or 4 people. The energy efficiency is good for a top load machine, and we can add any of the clothes anytime during the wash. The only thing upset me is the top load machine doesn't have a short cycle of washing. Average washing time is about 30 mins.

Great product at a great price!
Purchased this machine in late November 2016 after our old Fisher & Pakyel gave up the ghost. Shopped around a number of outlets plus on-line but found The Good Guys gave us the best deal.
This model does not have an agitator in the middle, as the sales person explained, it operates like a front loader put on its back, allowing the agitator to be done away with. This is a 7kg machine and for just two people or a small family its perfect.
We have put everything from blankets to delicates through the machine and it had performed perfectly. It...Read more

Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions about Samsung WA65F5S2URW / WA70F5S2URW
Why is my washing not dry when the cycle has ended?
If the water has not drained completely, you may want to run another high-speed spin cycle. Excess water could also mean that the machine was overloaded. This can cause the machine to become unbalanced, and automatically stop itself before finishing the spin/drain cycle.
How do I make sure my machine is balanced?
You can use the levelling legs to minimise unbalancing while your machine runs. If your machine has become unbalanced, it may be worthwhile recalibrating your machine's automatic weight sensors by running Calibration Mode. This can be activated by emptying your machine, then pressing and holding the Delay End and Spin buttons simultaneously and then pressing the Power Button. The display will show “Cb”, and then you can press Start/Pause to begin this 4-minute cycle.
