worst company i have ever experienced. Will definitely never use them ever again

published

My Account manager gave misleading information, impossible to get into contact with, she would go missing for days then come back and say she was in training - would never leave a contact i could speak to whilst she was gone. As a whole just a real unprofessional outfit. She didn't even let me choose the day i wanted money to be direct debited out of my account.

Worst experience and complete waste of time. And if you get Jackie expect your application 100% to be declined.

published

Worst company, worst service. Go somewhere else if your after any loans.

Jackie wasted mine and my wife's time for two whole days.

I should have read the bad reviews they had before we applied through them.

Never again.

Terrible

published

Not very fair at all. They looked for a vehicle for me and told me they found one, checked it out and was alright $17000 Nissan Navara, so they said a finance company agreed to finance the $15000 if i deposit 2000 asap, so i deposited the $2000 and found out later that it was non refundable and the finance company ends up sending me a bill for $21000 loan.So adding on insurance and savvy commsision etc. Im paying it off and not trying to get out of it, but just make sure you ask them for every single detail about the loan before you deposit.

Great experience

published

I dealt with Nick he definitely was great, financially I couldn't achieve a brand new car but we work through and got me a good 2nd hand model of my dream car. Nick is a great communicator, and always responds to emails and/ or returns calls, not question is treated as stupid and has a wonderful and truthful manner about him.

Best insurance person I've ever spoken to.

published

Today I spoke to Nick from Savvy car insurance, he was in no way salesy and completely had best interests in mind for "me", the customer explaining that it wasn't worth my time to refinance my loan as even though they could beat the rate the fees would outweigh the savings and wouldn't be worth it for me. Next time I need a car loan is definitely call savvy to sort out a loan for me.

SAVVY wanted my internet banking details (CRN and Password) to access my bank statements and wouldn’t progress without.

SAVVY would not accept PDF bank statements via email they wanted my internet banking CRN passwords. The customer service rep was rude and could hardly speak English which didn’t help.

Savvy Finance A+++++++

published

A massive thanks to Phil at Savvy finance for all his help and expertise and for assisting with getting my car loan approved when not many others could.

From day one Phil was up front and honest about the types of loans I could expect with a bad/ non existant credit rating. Phil was able to come up with a plan that catered to my circumstances, and was able to provide me with an instant easy to read quote with no hidden fees.

Due to my better circumstances at present, Phil was able to get me an even better deal than I was first quoted which was a bonus and a nice surprise

The Buyer (Myself) and the seller of the vehicle were very happy with the Service provided by Phil and the Savvy Finance team.

Would recommend and definitely use again.

Great help!

published

Personal bank declined my applications because of the number of applications over a 12 month period however my income covered alot more than i was asking for. Savvy was able to get an application completed/processed within a week and I had funds within 24hrs of signing the paperwork. Extremely informative throughout the entire process and I'll be sure to come back in the upcoming years for my home loan and any future car loans.

Savvy

What are penalty rates of savvy car loans, for early payout, thanks

1 answer
Savvy
Savvy F.Savvy

Thanks for your enquiry. The answer is that different lenders have different payout penalties. Some don't have payout penalties at all. So it depends on which lender you borrow from.

From my experience the charges are added to your finance charges. Get a quote from them but do a comparison with your local bank as well. Dont look at interest but your all inclusive monthly payment. Or even better the total amount you would have paid including fees. In my case in 3 years on a 25k vehicle it would have cost thousands more through savvy.

Savvy

Hi Antonstella, Yes there is an application fee which is paid to savvy, this fee is usually incorporated into the loan and your monthly repayment. Even with this application fee, we find that our repayments are usually more competitive then the repayment that our customers have received elsewhere.

Savvy's fees are really expensive I would be looking elsewhere. Sadly, I learnt this from experience.
