Perfect
Handle is not hot. Axis has copper as core up to the side. It is very good at heating and amazingly even without heat spot. The food is not stick on the pot. Such a perfect product.
Though Axis is made in China but I can see the standard is very high. Based on my using experience, it is far better than some other stainless steel pans which are claimed made in Italy.
I have a Scanpan skillet over 10 years but it works still flawlessly. Like this product very much.
Purchased in June 2021 at Victoria's Basement for A$299.00.

Does Scanpan's Axis copper core go all the way up to the rim, like All-clad does? What about Scanpan's Coppernox - does the copper core go all the way up to the rim?
Also, how thick is the copper layer of Axis, and of Coppernox?

it is all up like All-Clad and the bottom copper is 0.6 cm. Don't know what I had been told by the customer service was correct or not.
