DISGUSTING COMPANY.....Completely ripped off. I to was ripped off, tricked into agreeing to join only to be scammed $80 on my credit card . When i addressed it i was supposedly credited it in scoot dollars but then charged $140 to deliver to Australia.

I am a victim also same thing bought something for 6.40 and charged another $99 to my credit card. Do not buy from this site the item I received was rubbish

I ordered an anti snoring chin strap that I had seen advertised on Facebook for around $100. Scoot Price had it as a special deal for 24 hours only at just $6.40. 'What could possibly go wrong at that price' I thought. Plenty!! A couple of days after the order my credit card was debited a further $101.97. They had tricked me into agreeing to be charged $99 per month for a 20% discount plus free insurance on my $6.40 purchase!! Never deal with these scammers.

Purchased an item for $ 6.40.
Waited a month till I received the item.
Only then did I discover on that months credit card statement I was billed a further $99.oo

After querying this unauthiorised charge on my card with. "SCOOTPRICE" and my bank

I find out some where " HIDDEN" in the fine print you will be billed $99 for the luxury of purchasing a $6.40 item.
" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE " They are nothing but a bunch of " SCAMMERS"

I have had the same experiences with this company as the ones described by most of you. I bought an $8.40 product, which took over a month and several reminders to arrive. Upon finding $99 missing from my bank account and tracing the drawer back to Scootprice, innocently suspecting a mistake, I requested a return of my money and yes, you guessed it!! received the same explanations and bogus screen shots that have already been described by others on this site. I have taken this issue to authorities and am considering taking it to the media also. Such scams must be stopped!!!

I had the same experience as everyone else here and they have graciously offered that to remedy my complaint I can spend the $99 fee on their rubbish. I'm lodging a disputed transaction request with my bank. I didn't receive the "vegetable slicer" I paid for either. I was also sent the bogus screen shots when I complained.

Same as Scammed Too. Purchased a pair of microfibre mop slippers only to have a Premium membership fee totally unauthorised deducted. Email replies are a load of crap showing a bogus print screen of what the transaction looked like at Check out. No sign of any product either. Total rip off and scammers! Think I will probably have to cancel credit card now to ensure no further unauthorised transactions!

DO NOT buy from these dodgy scammers. Bought something for $9.98(x2) and then got my credit card charged $99 to be a "premium service member". It's in the fine print, its a load of crap DO NOT USE

I purchased a $6 pair of microfibre mop slippers, as a gag gift for Christmas, and then I had $99 debited from my account. Once it appeared on my bank statement I contacted Scoot Price, and only after calling them out on the tactics of having customers purchase items and in the fine print advise of the quarterly charge, did they offer me a refund, in Scoot Dollars! I would never use this website ever again and have now requested that they refund the money back to my account or I will be raising a complaint to the ACCC. To rub salt into the wound, I haven't even received my initial purchase yet! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. If only I checked this site out before hand!

Same thing happened to me. They charged me AUD99 just recently and when I ask they said because I agreed and understood terms and condition. This company is a total con, before you can even purchase goods you are required to click and confirm that the terms and condition that will charge you $99. I did not even notice this otherwise I will never purchase with this company, it's a total rip off!

Same as below - bought an item for $5 and a week later was charged $99. Again no mention of this when I purchased or email sent to me to confirm.

The same has happened to me. This website is taking advantage of people & they need to be reported to ACCC & I plan on lodging a complaint & I think everyone else should do the same. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate!

I stupidly purchased a couple of things totalling $12.47, thought it was a bargain as it was free shipping. When I never received a receipt in my email I thought something was up. So I googled for reviews and found out what I had just done. I am usually very wary on buying things online. But because the page was on Facebook I presumed it was safe. When I read that they would take $99 out of my account for a supposed subscription I was not happy. So I called my bank straight away and had my card cancelled. I am not expecting to receive my goods, but as my purchase was only small I will wear it. But I really think Facebook should shut down their page. Please do not purchase from this company!!

This has just happened to me too. I have been charged 99 for a membership that I do not want. Bought a veggie peeler for 8.40 and now see a bank transaction for $99. Bank says it's not fraud as I have given this lowlife company my credit card details. Please don't buy from them. Feeling taken advantage of and very upset.

Very poor after sales service. Delivery charges are costed as per item and that is insane. When I submitted an online inquiry, I was told that my concerns will be forwarded to the management and that was the first and last time I heard from Scoot... there was no follow up thereafter.

I ordered a pair of vintage microphone and the product was packed with sand bags for some strange reason and worst of all it is a product from CHINA !!!! Ordered a vintage telephone on 12th November and to date 29th November 2015... item has yet to be delivered. I will never ever recommend this site to anyone. It is a Scam.
