Yes got onto my credit card provider they recovered all my money
Yes I got onto my creditcard provider who then got my money back they didn't. Muck around with scootprice

Has anyone been successful in getting their bank to refund this? Scoot say $99 but mine is $101.97...what is that about?

exchange rates that is what the difference is. and charges mine was the same. Westpac deducted it unti Scootprice sent them supposed proof Ihad agreed and the bank then put it against my credit card. In future will only deal with those that use PayPal.

After many messages back and forth I gave up!
I didn't get my money back . They gave me scoot dollars for the amount of $99 . Never again will I deal with them, even when I spent the scoot dollars some items were faulty and they were not helpful even after sending pictures and jumping through hoops like they wanted me to.

Has anyone had any trouble with them taking the money out again in 3 months even if they cancelled their membership? Just wondering if I should shut my visa.

I saw that my account was 'active' and they would be deducting more money in february...so I deactivated my account with Scoot. I'm seriously considering cancelling my credit card.
We also need to lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs or expose these people on our facebook pages so nobody else gets taken...Choice magazine may also be a good one to report it to. I'm even considering the police.
i would shut your visa and get the bank to re-issue an new visa card

Hi there, I purchased on 24.10.2015 and apparently I should receive them by 16.11, we shall see. I am taking this a lot further, as a lot of people will be duped and they are getting away with it. Should not be happening. When did you order Lorren?
Hi Loren, mine was due on the 21st of Oct and still no sign when I questioned this I was told it had been delivered already and so when I said it had not they then said they had credited my Scootprice account with the money I paid for my purchase :/
Hi Lorren, I still haven't received mine. However, I only purchased mine a couple of weeks ago. I am not hopeful...

Has anyone tried contacting the Singapore International Arbitration Centre? It is stated in the website's terms of service, #17 - Arbitration. I personally did not buy anything from the website, many thanks to the reviews posted here. But hope this little info is of help to anyone who is still seeking refunds from this dodgy website.

I cancelled it so it doesn't continue to be deducted quarterly. But you can't get it back once it has been paid.
Click on the ? Next to your subscription details and then click cancel
There is now a group page on facebook called Scoot Price Australia Scam for anyone who wants to join and there is some info on there that might be really helpful in providing proof that you have been scammed if you are disputing with your bank

I just said to them there was no cancel subscription button. I didnt see one but i didnt even notice in time. Keep arguing and they just give you it back in scootdollars...
I don't want scoot dollars, I want my dollars.
After much jumping up and down, they also "refunded" in Scoot dollars, yet on logging back in to the site the dollars are nowhere to be found. Dano..I agree they took cash I want cash back.

Hi Trans, I am not sure what to do at this stage, scoot have not replied to me and after initial discussion they are not willing to cooperate. What do you suggest to do?
I am going to ring consumer affairs and put in a 'dispute' claim with my bank. The company is only 6 months old and if they continue to treat customers in this manner I suspect they won't be successful. I certainly won't be purchasing any other products from them.
