I am disappointed that these stones ARE cubic zirconia. They fool you by calling them diamond simulants! Overpriced for fake jewellery.

The rings that I purchased looked beautiful in store and on my finger until the gold started to wear of and the diamond just looked fake, just like a cubic zirconia. Really disappointed especially after paying over $1000. I don’t believe it looks like a real diamond to the naked eye, it definitely looks fake to me. Not impressed by the quality of the product.

My engagement ring only lasted 4 years before the gold band became thin and jagged around the edges making it too uncomfortable to wear. For the price of these rings you can buy real diamonds nowadays.

I bought our engagement rings from secrets and couldn't be happier. They are gorgeous and indistinguishable from mined stones.
Definitely the only choice for eco and socially minded people. No conflict or exploitation went into my engagement ring.
When I lost a stone, they replaced it with no trouble and gave me a free new rhodium plating.

I have 2 beautiful dress rings from Secrets. One was purchased over 10 years ago and the second 3.5 years ago.
I had issues with both, one stone scratched, and the other ring lost a stone, and was not in a good state.
I contacted the Noosa head office. After a years delay on my behalf I finally sent them off for repair. Within less than 5 days my rings had the stones replaced, cleaned and made beautiful again and hastily returned, with a lovely email.
Until having my rings fixed I was questioning the quality, however the wonderful customer service has made me an even bigger Shh secrets fan. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

My husband purchased my engagement from Secrets three years ago. In this time it had a loose stone and ended up getting repaired FIVE times before I requested to have it replaced or a store credit. The staff were more than happy to do this, as I was happy to buy a different product. This has since happened TWICE in two weeks. I am beyond disappointed. A staff member made a comment that this jewellery is not designed to be worn everyday

I have owned a Secrets trilogy ring and
matching diamond band for 12 years and it they look the same as when my husband purchased them. I get them cleaned and polished for free everytime I visit their Noosa and Gold Coast stores. I highly recommend them and am looking to purchase another set of rings.

I fell in love with a ring at a jewellers in Perth and it cost $35,000 was never going to happen LOL. Found the same one at Secrets was $700. I have been wearing it now for 11 years and it still looks beautiful. It doesn't look fake because it isn't, it is a diamond created in a lab not underground. I have had it cleaned at Michael Hill a few times and they can't tell the difference. During the time I have been wearing it I crushed my finger which caused damage to the ring and Secrets fixed it no worries at all in record time. I get compliments on it all the time. They have beautiful jewellery to suit everyone's taste from huge sparklers to lovely petite jewellery as well.

I have an all rounder ring and a tennis bracelet from secrets costing hundreds of dollars. The ring has popped stones and become mishapen twice and the bracelet has broken twice. Once at the clasp and once in the middle. Each time it costs $35 to fix equalling $140 in repairs in such a short time. Very dissapointed. The lady in the shop said that the jewellery wasnt meant to be worn much. Seriously though who buys something NOT to wear it. Im a stay at home mum so its not like im wearing it in overly damaging situations. They just fell apart. Overall they are pretty but obviously not good quality.

I have been a return customer since they opened at Pacific Fair!
Some of the pieces I have are now 13 yrs old!
Nothing has deteriorated!
Hence I keep going back for more!
I love secrets!
Iit means you can have your hearts desire at a price you can afford!

Bought a 1.51crt solitair ring to wear on a daily basis as I was worried about loosing my real one. 14 months later still excellent and no one knows uts not real. Inc my mother who loves her diamonds. Customer service was great the day we bought it and they have cleaned my ring for free everytime I have gone in. I also got a pair of 1crt earings they are also gorgeous. Only down side is the Adelaide store has since closed.

bought a pair of 1ct earing for my daughter for her birthday in March, she wore them once and the stone fell out, (weak broken claw). Just got a phone call from them they will fix them but it will cost me $15 for cleaning. They would have to be kidding wouldn't they.My advice to people shop at a proper jewellery store.

Bought a tennis bracelet and one of the stones popped out after a few wears. Took it back for repair but can't say I was impressed considering that these bracelets are not cheap compared to other fakes. Disappointed with my purchase I did a bit of research online and contacted Secrets Shhh directly and discovered that these "simulants" are really not much different/better than cubic zirconias. I found the stones in the bracelet seemed to attract a film of grime and I was always cleaning it to keep it looking good.
In the end I took the bracelet back to the store and demanded my money back. I felt I had been duped and misled about the product; they actually do look like fakes, albeit very expensive fakes!

I bought a 2ct solitaire a couple of months ago and it's great. I have a friend with a real 2ct diamond ring, and she couldn't tell it was not a real diamond.
I'm interested to see how it wears and if it stays clear and bright. If it's still looking good in 12 months or so, I will buy a 3 stone ring.

Bought a wedding ring set which at the store under the lights looked great and sparkly but in real life were so dull. Disappointed and sold them on ebay. The stones really don't compare to a diamond at all and wouldn't fool anyone.
