We used this company twice after they were recommended to us. First experience was excellent hence we used them again to move our stuff back to our renovated house. The second experience couldn't have been more different. They arrived late, persuaded me to take an extra worker (who they just happened to bring along) to speed things up and then took much longer to do the same job in reversal. The guy in charge was very rude and had no reasonable explanation why the same job cost me over $500 more than before. The management couldn't have been less concerned when I complained. Just a dreadful experience that left us feeling awful and totally ripped off. There are plenty of other removal firms out there, use one of these...

Moved in early December 2017 and had two laptops go missing in the move (3 bedroom house, same suburb), not recovered - I lost two years of baby photos of my son. No one from management ever called me back, even just to express their concern or empathy. I had to call repeatedly just to get them to check and confirm that they hadn’t been left behind in the truck “by accident”. Very disappointing experience, would not recommend.

I had a LOT of stuff to move, we filled a 16 tonne truck!
The Guys worked like work horses! Friendly at all times, no swearing or bad language was used at anytime (that we could hear :)
I would like to thank the Office staff who made all the arrangements, the guys for an AMAZING job well done.

3 bedroom house, medium distance, move started right on time. I was impressed with his quick, careful and efficient the guys were. There were no problems

Scheduled to arrive between 1 - 3 pm, ended up arriving at around 7 pm. I rang up several times in the intervening period and got responses that were either misleading (will be there in 30 - 45 minutes) or did not shed any light on when they will be arriving. I realise that my job was a 'small job' (2 hours) but if they find such a job uneconomic/low priority then they should either refuse to take it on, make the minimum price higher, or be honest with the customer in advance about possible substantial delays spanning many hours.

Having said that - the actual removalist employees (two of them) when they arrived were very good. They were careful and courteous, and I certainly do not blame them for the delay.

We waited over 3 and a half hours and they never turned up. I ended up postponing our move which was a huge inconvenience. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Would highly recommend this company- quick and easy to deal with- the office stuff as well as the removalist.

Moved a two bedroom house. Was organised for 2-4pm, but Shelly's called me to see if I could do it earlier on the day, the communication was great. They called to organise a quote quickly, and the two guys on the day were helpful, professional and pleasant. Everything was loaded and unloaded quickly and with care. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish this company was amazing. Treated out stuff with the up most respect and care. Were punctual, efficient and hard working. These guys won't disappoint!

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. I booked a removal hrs 12-2 however as I write this review at 4pm I am still waiting. No customer service. Not a single call from the company to state they would be late. When calling I was told they would be 1 hour late and due at 3pm however at 3.30pm still no follow up call or men to move my house. It is now 4pm with not a call from customer to tell me where my drivers are. I have taken a day off work to accommodate this move. Absolutely fuming. The lady that I called on numerous occasions was rude, miss informing and absolutely shocking at providing any for of customer service.

We had a 3 bedroom home to move. The two gentleman assigned to the task were extremely courtesy, very hard working and friendly and most importantly very careful to ensure no damage occurred.

I had a 2 bedroom apartment to move. Laurie and Danny were awesome even arrived an hour early Would highly recommend Shelly Removals.
