while I was happy with my purchase. I got 2 pairs of earnings for Xmas gifts, they were just put into a bag, NO gift box at all. As these are small items I would have thought some sort of display box would have been given, not just earnings placed in a bag that when you opened could not even see them at the bottom. disappointed

Buying from your company has always been easy and very pleasant. Your range of watches is very broad and your pricing fair. This is the first watch I have had to return, your process is good and speedy. I took the return watch into one of your stores (no cost return) and they shipped it back to you. They also explained the return process. I also received regular emails about my refund. Thanks once again for providing a complete and good shopping experience. The only thing that would great a free ROLEX watch(LOL) mind you I’d rather have an automatic luminox watch, maybe one day. Will have to save

Purchased 2 citizen watches at best price I could find from watch depot.over about 1 week in november.2021 I was however unsure of this company in the beginning going on some past reviews .I choose my first watch selection in a hurry and immediately after asked to change to another model similiar .before the watch was sent to me . However the watch had already been sent faster than despatch dates .which was up to 5 days later. So I was stuck with my original choice and I complained because I could not change my choice in time.. . Shiels ma...
Read morenagement got back to me and sent a reply paid postage to return the watch if need be. On recieving the first choice watch after 2 days waiting time I was impressed enough by the look and design and kept it. Although I was skeptical of being able to return this watch if need be .Shiels management was very helpful and accomodating to allow the exchange if required . I bought 9c gold chain . Price was good compared to other stores but the colour looks different. It looks more of red then yellow .Anyone knows why?

Unexpected discovery:.. The perfect "Shiels" sales assistant & representative...
When my well-liked citizen "Eco-drive" watch failed, I returned to the "Shiels jewellers" store in the Arnedale complex....From whom I purchased it... But only to purchase a brand-new citizen watch of exactly the same type & model... Unfortunately, due to reasons I understand & accept, the lines of stock were a bit run down & it was unavailable... So, after the young lady-assistant had spent a little time running through available alternatives, I purchased another citizen, which I bought only as a consolation to myself....But, due to the tinted...

So, just being me, & because they are not "Expensive", I went back to buy a watch which I really did like; planning to donate the unwanted watch to some kid from a "Poor family" through the local school headmistress... I had taken my failed watch in to show exactly what I wanted to buy... & once again, the same excellent over-the-top- kind & patient & knowledgeable & quietly & professionally personable young lady [whose name I learned only after asking the store manager] had taken my old watch to see if it would hold a new charge... I had no idea she was doing that....I was only there to buy another watch...Not to dither around, because there was nothing wrong with the new watch I didn't like...Imagine my surprise & raging gratitude when she interrupted her lunch-break & showed genuine pleasure in telling & showing me that she had gotten my old watch to restart & work....& would accept no payment....It would be unseemly for me to give her a gift....I'm just another customer... An old guy....But she is a massive & extremely valuable asset to "Shiels jewellers"....In the Arnedale complex....Or in any higher & more responsible position she is perfectly capable of, & available for.....Her name is "Monica"....& I pen this "Thank you, Monica" review with the consent of the store manager, whose name I don't know... I purchased a 45cm sterling silver chain online. It is my first purchase from Shiels. I was impressed with the look of the chain and the discounted price was great. It looks very dainty and has a nice shine. I'm looking forward to ordering a black pearl pendant next time around.

Initially purchased two items online, but were not exactly of a good quality and design, so contacted the online team were very helpful asked me return them and within couple of days received brand new ones which are great.Very professional and helpful approach.

Purchased a ring online, and unfortunately was losing stones (total 3 times), the review is about how easy it was to return the ring for assessment, have it fixed and returned - unfortunately for me the ring was assessed as having brittle settings causing the stones to come out - having been caught in clothing fibers. Upon request the customer service team were happy to provide a refund and I was refunded within 24 hours. Contacting online customer service was easy and pleasant! (Thanks again Sandy)
