I went to pick up a click and collect order from the Rundle Mall store in Adelaide. Whilst the girl was serving me, she went to an older woman, possibly the manager. I heard the older woman say "Picked? What does it mean? Does it mean picked up?" At first I thought I was being accused of trying to pick up an order that had already been collected. Then I heard the older woman say to another staff member, "Why is she writing picked? She shouldn't be writing anything." Apparently this woman doesn't like a particular staff member writing "Picked" o...
Read moren a click and collect form. As I was leaving, I wasn't acknowledged but heard the same woman say again "Why is she writing picked? She shouldn't be writing anything." Who freaking cares if you don't like staff members writing "Picked" on forms! Just don't complain about it when you have customers in the store! I also visited the store to look at curb chains, but when I asked an assistant which ones were curb chains she just quickly pointed to each curb chain which really wasn't helpful. She didn't seem to be interested in making a sale.

Chose a ring in store today after spending 30 mins or so trying on rings.
Sales assistance advised the ring was on sale for $499.
The ring was in a box with a ticket advertising it was reduced from $999 during the 50% off sale.
Whilst at the checkout waiting to purchase the ring, I was informed the ring was in fact $1499 and the ticket attached to the ring was actually for a bracelet, not a ring.
After being told by the Sales assistance we would get the ring at the advertised price as it was their error, the manager stepped in to tell us this ...

Definitely don't go to the Mount Gravatt store in Queensland. Three in store to serve me the only customer at the time. All three too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge me and when I asked for help, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience. I was there to purchase a $300 guess watch for my daughters 18th birthday and when I decided to make my purchase they didn't even have a box or the warranty card. I then ventured to another store where they were more than happy to serve me and although it cost me $10 more, I received a guess box and a warranty card. Sheils, you suck and I will never recommend you or step foot in your store. I am also more than happy to tell anyone I know never to shop in any of your stores and look for the item elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more.

Outstanding service from Shiels in Westpoint Shopping Center, Blacktown.
I bought a lovely Tommy Hilfiger watch on Sunday from Shiels in Blacktown and I love it. The service was fantastic too however I have noticed that the watch is missing a blue "washer" around the crown and will contact the store to get this rectified. It had the washer while in the display window but right from when I purchased it, the washer is missing.
Update: Shiels Blacktown, called me on Friday 5th August and on Sunday 7th August, they had a brand new, replacement watch for me.
Outstanding service and all the staff are very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend shopping at Shiels in Westpoint Shopping Center in Blacktown.

Purchased a Seiko watch from Shiels at Chermside yesterday and couldn't be happier with the experience. Professional,cheerful,non pushy service . Yvette served me and I noticed that other customers were also receiving similar friendly service from the other staff.

My Birth stone is Emerald and I never thought I would be able to afford a ring with real Emeralds. I looked at a variety of stores and compared their prices and styles. Just depends on your taste and what you are looking for. There is something for every budget. Bought a new ear diamond ring, few diamonds fell off within few weeks, asked for refund under Shiels workmanship guarantee (12 mth) statement. response was, can't give refund, only option is get it repaired and I am supposed to pay the bill. complete garbage, look elsewhere who can stand behind their statements.

I was searching for men’s jewellery in sterling silver, distressed or black. A young male staff member approached me and ask what I was looking for. I told him and he immediately tried to ‘sell’ me on the gold or silver filled gold jewellery, not what I wanted.
When I asked him where the sterling silver jewellery was, he literally just waved his arm across the shop vaguely and said “over there.” Didn’t walk with me, or lead me, just stood there like a statue.

I bought a ring from the midland WA store. And the service from Trish was outstanding. Are very happy and hope they never lose Trish .As Trish is what you expect from a sales lady not pushy genuine and very easy to help with purchase.
