Get what you pay for
The doona does tend to bunches up and does move alot in the quilt covers... good for a spare bed not for everyday use. It feels nice but certainly does not have that snuggle in feeling.

Nice at first but fill moves and bunches over time
I agree with Fim, was a lovely soft quilt to start with but the fill was not secured in separate pockets and shifted between pockets over time. Some pockets are full and puffy and others are now empty and flat. A lumpy bed is not a good look. Didn’t even get a season out of it. Not impressed. Bought at Harris Scarfe. Down Alternative King Quilt.

Simply Vera Wang - Polyester, pocket super king quilt
I bought this quilt as super king size quilts are not easy to find. Pockets appear to be partly open on at least one side and the filling has moved over time. I washed the quilt as per the washing instructions and this has made the problem worse. The filling is now concentrated in some pockets while others are empty. I have been unable to even out the filling by vigorously shaking or trying to work the filling to adjacent pockets. 100 cm x 25 cm with no filling is not warm enough in winter. The tag states that it is an alternative to down, however the quilt is heavy and in my experience not at all like a down quilt. I contacted Vera Wang re my problem with the quilt and received a response the following day. The email advised that ‘At Vera Wang, we are always concerned with the quality of our products and the feedback from our customers. I’m reporting your issue with our partners and we will reach out to you if we find there is anything we can do’. I emailed Vera Wang five weeks after the above advice to enquire if there was anything they could do about my quilt. Six weeks later and I have had no response.Similar opinion? Simply Vera- 90% white goose down quilt- simply stunning
I bought this king doona/quilt on sale at Harris Scarfe as a treat. I had a Sheridan king wool doona which I found heavy but very warm. On bringing this new quilt home I aired it for 3-4 days to get the loft to rise and it looks like it is still rising.
The flannelette sheets are gone, and summer sheets are now on the bed. This is a very light, EXTREMELY LOFTY luxurious product and is has the best loft I've ever seen on a quilt.
