Love this machine easy to program and it has a favourite cycle so you can do your wash the way you want each time. No tangled clothes, quiet and the harden glass surface on the lid doesn't show scratches. Tells you to clean the filter and chimes to let you know it is finished. Just very easy to use all round.

I purchased this washing machine 5 months ago and so far so good. My only gripe is that the Cycles seem to be longer than most top loaders with the shortest cycle still going for 45min.... Washes clothes sufficiently. Runs noisy when cycle is on spin cycle but seems like good value for money so far

It took me a few days to learn how it works and my clothes have never been cleaner. The only problem l had was trying to figure out how to remove and replace the laundry liquid dispenser but have now sorted this out. The machine is a bit noisy but l will get used to it.

The reason why i say this is the one that i have got is just that, more so because of the stupit timer feature that it has ( As mine takes longer than the stated time for the wash cycle {keeps on coming up with this E 10 system failer, always towards the end of the cycle [said in instruction booklet E 10 meens no water's getting into the machine}. over the years i've always have got a SIMPSON MACHINE, but after this one my brother got me (he brought on our mother's behalf ) maybe no more ( i who puts a timer on a washing machine, & more to the point why would you anyway what happen to to thed K.I.S.S. STYLE / WAY of thing or is that what happens when you get things made cheaply overseas & not here anymore)!!!!!

Machine is very noisy makes lots of clunking sounds and is noisy in general. I can hear it clearly through out my home.
The start button doesn't always respond even after turning the power on and off again. I have tried pressing at various points on the start button but it doesn't make any difference.
I wouldn't recommend this machine.

Nine out ten washes the clothes get tightly wrapped around the agitator, the lint filter doesn't seem to work at all but works mildly better when the cap's removed from the agitator??, machine keeps going off balance, we have been getting motor fault codes also we had to stop using 'Cold Power' powdered detergent as recommended in the instruction manual, so we now have to use a liquid detergent so as not to get powder residue. W/m it sits on a concrete base, is perfectly level, the transport straps have been removed and there is a surge protector fitted. NOT HAPPY

Mine didn't work from day 1, grinding noise and as it locks when machine starts, you can't get it to unlock when there is a problem mid cycle, as it shows troubleshooting codes, so you have to turn off and start again to open lid.
I had mine for 8 days and no success with getting a full cycle out of it!
